I have a very pleasant experience to buy the ES 300h, Kevin Silva is very knowledgeable and he is able to quickly learn our needs and show us the options based on our interests. Kevin is honest and open with the sale price. In a short… time we are able to find the car we like and get the price we feel comfortable. Transaction is very smooth and Kevin spent time to show us the car and answer our questions when we come to pick up the car. Highly recommend.

Bob Peixinho was my most recent salesperson and did a great job in explaining… the differences between vehicle models and running through all of the car features. He provided great follow-up without pressure and has been diligent in responding to any vehicle questions I might have and ensuring I am happy with my new car. I would strongly recommend Bob Peixinho and Lexus of Watertown.Bought my new NX300 in a day!

Barbara Goodman helped us through the entire process with all our questions answered. We have purchased many brand… vehicles in the past 30yrs, including some other major luxury brands. He did a lot for us to find us the most accurate car which matched our interests. He always… offered us drinks and made sure we were comfortable. by Sales on 11/29/2018/Throughout the process of purchasing a new car we were assisted by Zhanna (email correspondence) and Mohammed (mainly). Mohammed did a great job explaining everything in terms of going through the documents, options to finance or lease,… following up with us regarding auto-insurance policy, registration and getting title of the car. Also, on the day of the delivery, 11/29/2018, he explained ALL the features in the car. Walked us through all settings, how to operate car, how APP system work and on top he also had a RED RIBBON for us. He patiently answered all the questions (at least 100 ...lol....) that we had.
