The most fun we've ever had buying a car!

We purchased our new UX Premium at Lexus of Watertown with help from Kevin Silva. Despite showing up without an appointment pretty close to closing time on a Saturday, Kevin was incredibly accommodating and made the whole process… straightforward, from the test drive to explaining trim levels to negotiating, finalizing the details the next day and setting us up in the car at delivery. I would not hesitate to recommend Lexus of Watertown and Kevin to family and friends. Thank you!

He also helped me narrow my search down to two sedans, and he set up… test drives for both. After I test drove both sedans, he gave me time to decide which vehicle I wanted to purchase. I ended up choosing the 2016 ES350, which I love. Son even made settling on a purchase price a painless experience. Son's patience, knowledge, and friendly manner made the whole shopping experience a pleasure. I highly recommend Lexus of Watertown and Son Le.Love my Lexus

Felt very comfortable with him. He helped me find the right car for me for what I could… afford. You will feel like you are talking to a friend not a salesman and thatâs what made this experience wonderful. The rest of the staff is great also. Very helpful and nice. by Mark on 10/17/2018Unhappy customer. Bought a used Tundra from Lexus Watertown, Sept '18. When I got the vehicle home and removed the plastic bedliner I found two large spots of rust on the top side of the bed. The rust has penetrated the bed in and around… the rear structural support member. Also seeing indications of rust on the bed topside over the front structural support. Once this rust starts, there's no stopping it. Dealer should have disclosed this condition. Found other debris, metal scraps and spent ammo shells in the bed under the liner. Yikes! Whether by oversight or deliberate I expected better from a Lexus dealer. During the test drive I asked the sales rep about the big sticker on the windshield implying a thorough quality check of the vehicle. Shouldn't have trusted them. This condition significantly diminishes the value and useful life of this truck. When I complained about this to my sales rep I was told I'd have to pay to get this fixed. Bad business practice. ***Caveat emptor!***Awesome experience

Tony was genuine, professional and a gentleman. Tonys approach is quite relax without… pressure which is definitely different than another Lexus dealership I wouldnt list. After doing my homework I knew exactly what I needed for a vehicle and Tony asked the right questions, really listened to what I needed and assisted me in driving away the same day with my IS 300. I am in professional sales and it was an experience unIike one I have ever had before. There was no pushing whatsoever. Bob's sales manager… (Jessica) was also terrific and treated me like a real human being who was just "looking" to buy a newer car. I was looking at both new and pre-owned. Spoke with Bobby over several weeks and spent one very rainy day walking all showrooms. That one eventful day, I spotted the exact car that I would purchase just week later. They handled all of the paperwork and I wrote one check to cover the purchase, the tax, new plates, etcetera. I have recommended Bobby, Jessica and Lexus of Watertown to several friends. One of them purchased from Bobby just last week. Way to go Lexus of Watertown!!Great Experience

by DHK on 07/26/2018updated 08/08/2018This review is strictly for pre-owned sales. I saw an online price for a certified pre-owned 2012 IS250. The car has been in the lot for a couple months, so the price was actually good. However, the entire experience has been quite… irritating as our sales person, Cristofer Green, did not know how to treat a customer. He keeps saying "no" to every single request and has the guts to tell the customer does not know anything. He even LIED to us that the price was recently dropped two days ago, when I saw the price online a week ago. As we were going through the purchase process, we asked a couple of work to be done on the car, such as the horn as the car's low tone was seemingly going out. He later told my sister, who went to pick up the vehicle, that it checked out fine and that he thinks I know nothing about these cars. Lastly, he is quite disastrous in following up. He initially told us that the car would be ready by Monday with the registration, but on Monday told us that based on "his experiences" that it will not be done, and promised Wednesday. We changed our schedules, but all of the sudden he calls us at 5pm to let us know that the car is ready to be picked up. With several Lexus' in our family's fleet, we know what we expect from a Lexus dealership, and that experience alone is what keeps us coming back. We eventually bought the car for it's price and it's certification (hence the additional star), but I would have easily walked away just from the interaction with him. I normally do not leave reviews like this, hence this review to help other potential customers and to make Lexus of Watertown know about such unsatisfaction. Ask for a different sales associate, or just keep away from here. Remember, this is just for pre-owned sales.An extra mile of buying experience, from Son Le

He took his time talking to me about different options but the vehicle I was buying was for my 21-year-old daughter. He… also talked to me about documentation fee of $.585.00 I was focused on the price of the vehicle and less on the documentation fee which is very high compared to other dealers. I forgot to ask Son Le for the second set of smart car keys which I know can cost anywhere between $200-$1,000 depending on the vehicle type. He didnt automatically have it in hand but he took his time and dedication to get it to me. He called the next day to let me know that he had the extra key, Which, blew my mind for such a professional gesture. by Don on 07/28/2018I was initially going to write a review for the pre-owned purchase experience, but I'll include service as well. We saw an online ad for a certified pre-owned, and contacted to set the appointment right away. The price was pretty good as… the car sat on the lot for a couple of months. However, the entire experience has been irritating as our sales person, Cristofer Green, did not know how to treat a customer and rather berate us for thinking that we don't know anything (mind you, our family has been with Lexus from the very beginning). He keeps saying "no" to every single request. He even LIED to us that the price was recently dropped two days ago, when I saw the price online a week before. We still went through the purchase process, and after finalizing the deal, I asked for the key so that I can go over some stuff with my sister (the main driver). Cristofer insisted it is not necessary as he will do the delivery (but he never did). Not only that, he initially said that we could pick the car up on Monday afternoon (the car was purchased on Saturday), but Monday morning he said "based on his experiences" it will not be ready by the afternoon, so we agreed to take delivery on Wednesday. All of the sudden, he calls us to let us know that we could pick the vehicle up in an hour, after we went through the hassle of changing our schedules.When my sister went to pick the vehicle up, a few things that were needed to be fixed, such as the horn, were not fixed, and Cristofer told my sister that I don't know anything about these vehicles. He didn't even explain the feature of the vehicle to us when we first check it out, and just tossed the keys to her to drive off. Then we scheduled for service to take care of the things that were missed out during the sales process. Brian Lee has kept us waiting and waiting after he said he'll be back after talking to the technician. No update, nothing. Eventually he told us that he needs to get some warranty approval so that he'll call us first thing in the morning the next day (Saturday). We waited for his call an entire day, attempted to reach him multiple times. He finally answered, only to be in a rush and trying to hang us up. He told us that now we have to wait until Tuesday since he is not there on Monday. While these experiences may be just a few rotten apple in the barrel, it is very disappointing, especially from a brand that built itself around customer service and satisfaction. I don't know what new car sales department experience would be like, but I'd look elsewhere. What a total shame Lexus of Watertown.Tony V.
