Worked with Kevin from sales and Alex from finance and I am happy. They played no games and everything matched their words. Kevin is trustworthy and kind and I would work with him again if I ever need a car.

by Mina on 08/12/2021It’s such a wonderful experience to buy a car from Lexus of Watertown. Our sales representative Ussa is very nice and knowledgeable. This is my first time buying a car and he makes it super easy for us. He knows all details about the car.… He also has lots of thoughtful advice for driving. I have been to the Herb Chamber Lexus of Hingham since I lives in Braintree, that is much closer to my home. However, that place is awful, I would rather drive 40 mins to a Lexus of Watertown where there are nice person and great service here. Nice lounge, life time car wash, it worths the drive, it worths every penny that comes out of my pocket. I will definitely recommend Ussa to my frd.Great Experience!

His enthusiastic and well mannered personality made the… negotiations stress free. What struck us during the visit is his willingness to make sure we were comfortable by offering water/snacks. Where we traveled over an hour to the dealership, he even coordinated the registration process and sticker to save us an extra trip. We felt pleased that the professional service was not over after the sale. Secondly, Watertown Lexus is a showroom and waiting area with convenience features like no other. Really… a nail salon! Having such a large inventory made the trip worth it.Ussa's great!

by Rick R on 07/28/2021Tony Viveiros was the Sales Rep that I worked with. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and listened to what I was looking for - an NX300. Within minutes, I was test driving a car with my son. When we sat down to discuss price and financing,… Tony presented options and allowed me plenty of time to review and determine what was best for me. I told Tony that I had to go home and talk with my wife about the car and that I would get back to him later in the day. We were in and out of the showroom in less than one hour. Later in the day I confirmed that we wanted the car, same model, but different color. The next day I drove the car home. Tony took all the time I needed to show me how to operate all the tech in the car. He was great. I highly recommend Lexus of Watertown and Tony Viveiros. By far the best car buying experience I have ever had.Ussa at Lexus of Watertown was awesome to work with!

Ujwal Pradhanaga ("Ussa") is professional, thorough, patient, detail… oriented, and generally works very hard to ensure customer satisfaction. I would recommend the dealership and Ussa, personally (as well as sales manager Jessica Sudeall) for anyone considering a Lexus.Easy and Painless

As a woman, I wanted a woman sales person as I don't think we get enough opportunities. Barbara… was an OUTSTANDING sales lady, very knowledgeable, excellent follow-up skills, and just a super nice person. In addition, Alex did a really great job in getting my financing. I received a great rate in addition to a rebate. I can't say enough about this team, including their manager, Jessica. On top of it all, the quality of this vehicle is amazing.
