Went above and beyond during new car purchase experience
by Erik on 05/30/2025We recently purchased a new Highlander Hybrid from Gabi. She was amazing to work with, going above and beyond what would be expected. We explained exactly what we were looking for, and she very clearly explained what was and wasn’t… possible in ways that no other dealership did. Based on this, she was able to find a car that almost exactly matched what we were looking for and she personally drove five hours round trip to get it for us. All throughout the experience she communicated promptly and proactively, sometimes messaging us well after the dealership was closed. She was knowledgeable and never pushy and we felt like we were treated fairly throughout the entire car purchase experience. When we are looking for our next car in a few years we will certainly be back in-touch to see if Gabi can help us again!Friendly sales people, great deal on new Toyota

Best Car Buying Experience Ever

What a clown show
by Bigfoot on 03/09/2024I got a decent price on the car I wanted, but everything went downhill after that. I made 4 trips to that place over 6 days before I drove off with the car I paid cash for. They didn’t do some things the said they would, and were very… unorganized. I’m not sure who is in charge of that place, but they should be fired. Total clown show, the place should be called Auto Circus, instead wad of Fair !!We're sorry to see that your experience with us didn't meet expectations. Worst cat buying experience ever.
by REN on 05/23/2023On my first visit to purchase the vehicle I spent 4 hours mostly waiting for the salesman and manager. The manager was not friendly or polite. The salesman was not knowledgeable about the Toyota Corolla I wanted to purchase. On my second… visit I also waited 2 hours to be helped by the salesman I made an appointment with the previous day while he helped another customer. I also waited another 2 hours for the financing person to meet with me to sign the financing documents.I want to sincerely apologize for the delays you experienced throughout the buying process. This is certainly not the high standard of customer service we expect from our team, and it's disappointing that we let you down. I will further address this feedback in our efforts to improve. Just a 👍 for our Salesman Wayne who has always been wonderful.
