We recently purchased a new Highlander Hybrid from Gabi. She was amazing to work with, going above and beyond what would be expected. We explained exactly what we were looking for, and she very clearly explained what was and wasn’t possible in ways that no other dealership did. Based on this, she was able to find a car that almost exactly matched what we were looking for and she personally drove five hours round trip to get it for us. All throughout the experience she communicated promptly and proactively, sometimes messaging us well after the dealership was closed. She was knowledgeable and never pushy and we felt like we were treated fairly throughout the entire car purchase experience. When we are looking for our next car in a few years we will certainly be back in-touch to see if Gabi can help us again!
