But still thought I might go with the 2017 e Class sedan. When I went to MB… of Natick I met Alex Varaksin who promptly showed me the 2017 sedan and the 2016 e Coupe, Talk about a tough decision. Luckily his manager, Dijana Stanisic, also got involved and discussed my needs (heavy commuting, need for a "Sporty" driver,.... As well as my "value" orientation. Alex and Dijana explained the cost elements, special offers, etc. in great detail allowing for a better informed decision. Once I made the call, e Coupe! Great car? Great Price. Value. Jaime in Finance handled all the paperwork quick and easy. Picked the car up less than 24 hour later! I highly recommend MB of Natick. The receptionists were extremely friendly and I was introduced to Christian Bradley (online sales consultant) who introduced me to… Gerson Ruiz, my sales consultant. Gerson made every effort to understand my needs and offer solutions without pushing for a hard sell. We drove to different SUVs and discussed the pros and cons including the value of my trade. We went over every single option in both SUVs, front to back! Gerson waited while my wife came to the dealership to have a look at the ML350 that I was very interested in. We spent some time discussing the pros and cons of buying certified pre-owned versus a new GLC. The whole time, I felt like Gerson listened to my needs and added a balanced perspective based on his deep knowledge of the two SUVs. I got a terrific price on the ML350 and received more than fair value for my trade. Gerson went the extra mile in setting up my delivery date (today) and made sure that everything ran smoothly as I received my new vehicle. What a great experience, service excellence! Bo was particularly adroit at handling my dismay that I was buying an SUV not because it was my car of choice but as a necessity due to issues related to my Parkinson's disease. Joe Rodrigues is not a "car salesman" he is the perfect represenation of exceptional customer service in an industry that is questioned all the time. All in all a seamless process. Joe was willing to go out of his way by… sending a rep to my house (a 1.5 hour drive from the dealership) to get the paperwork needed to complete the transaction. Joe was professional and educated about the product he sells. But buying my new car at Mercedes of Natick stands in dramatic contrast to past experiences. The secret ingredient is Joe R. He's the polar… opposite of the negative stereotype. Low key and thorough, knowledgeable and helpful, patient and an active listener, genuinely friendly and eager to make a fair deal, he even identified a professional incentive that netted me a big saving in the purchase price. And Joe is backed up by John P, a sales manager who actually cares about customer service. The Natick-based dealership is somewhat out of the way, but well worth the trip. by RY23 on 08/05/2014Starting from initial contact with Brianne to discuss pricing (i dont have a lot of time to negotiate in person), followed by test drive hosted by Al, and then Al locating the exact car that I am looking for was a great experience in… purchasing a new car. Then Jamie was very helpful in the financing part, and the entire experience was wrapped up with Jon's expert and thorough delivery experience. To give a little flavor when compared to other dealerships - I requested online quotes from three other dealerships on the same car. Mercedes Natick offered the right deal and found me the exact car before the three other dealerships responded (with automated messages!!!). It was our first Mercedes purchase in NE - and I could not have asked for a better experience. Complete stress-free, and the dealership treats their customer right.
