onI had a bubble in my front tire -- probably hit a New England pothole. Mercedes-Benz of Natick got me in fo an appointment with a loaner the very next day. The car came back with the new tire at a fair price, plus an inspection sticker. They even cleaned the snow-stained rubber mats inside! Great surprise.Excellent, friendly service!
