Two weeks later I have received a follow up email and phone call from Twana asking if I'm still looking and asked me to take a look at the new inventory that they have received... long story short, I ended with my dream car. I did my research on what their car was worth, as well as what my trade was worth. They were… spot on with both vehicles and a deal was made with little effort or aggravation. by Jacob on 11/05/2020Car buying is always daunting; I'm very comfortable when involved in transactions of this nature personally, but previous experiences left me with the impression that too many dealerships employ "sub-par" salespeople and less than… professional oversight. I think most can relate to the feeling that the person you're working with does not really know much about the industry, vehicles being sold, or most effective way to get a deal done for both sides. Ultimately you're left feeling as if the people that should be helping & more knowledgeable than yourself are really just standing in the way as a hindrance to purchasing a vehicle. The experience here was very different. I worked with Anastasiia and greatly enjoyed her level of professionalism. She was very comforting/welcoming but not overly affable, a demeanor which made me trust that she is a true professional who knows what she is doing and wants to help me find a vehicle & close the deal because it made sense to do so for both sides, not because of fake friendliness and sales tactics, which is seen at many other dealerships. I felt throughout that she was clearly knowledgeable and that I could take her at her word without fact checking or worrying. From there, I worked with Kolls in the finance department. He was excellent; very sharp guy that I trusted immediately. There was no confrontational type of negotiation as can be common when working with F&I departments, he just presented the potential add on options, didn't put spin on them, and was willing to cut me a pretty good deal on a package that I found value in. Even the front desk/receptionist was a cut above in my opinion. Left me with the impression that this dealership likely employs other intelligent/professional people as well and that my good experience was not due to luck of the draw in having been able to work with the two folks aforementioned. I'd highly recommend this dealership as well as Anastasiia & Kolls personally.Friendly, competent and timely service
