Kevin bothered to keep in touch with similar offers even though they were small change items… for him. When we came back in eight months later to look at a new Lincoln Aviator, Kevin appeared... happily ready to assist! He went over all the details of the Aviator and searched patiently for what we wanted in the vehicle. In the end we purchased a gorgeous Black Label Aviator. Kevin was a pleasure to work with. Lack of communication
by Lisa on 12/17/2024updated 12/24/2024Loved the videos sentbit it said someone would reach out shortly. That was on a Wednesday didn’t hear from anyone I called Saturday no phone call returned. Called again Monday late morning shortly after received a video said the car was… ready for pick up Still nobody reached out about whether I wanted the filters changed. Left a message then called back again finally spoke to someone who said the car was not ready. Poor poor communication. But got a receipt for the cost of the filters immediately Came to pick up my car they couldn’t find my keys 20 minutes later found them. Honestly so disappointed in the lack of communication Also some of these yes or no questions in this survey asked are not applicable or need to explainThank you for taking the time to share your review, Lisa. My first service visit at this dealership, and I was blown away by the professionalism and beautiful atmosphere. My service advisor, Rob, was very… informative and polite, and the accommodations while waiting for my car were top-notch. Plus, I got to look at all the new inventory in the showroom, even though I have a one year-old Nautilus. I'm already thinking about my next one. Thank you, Rob and team!
