Loved the videos sentbit it said someone would reach out shortly. That was on a Wednesday didn’t hear from anyone I called Saturday no phone call returned. Called again Monday late morning shortly after received a video said the car was ready for pick up Still nobody reached out about whether I wanted the filters changed. Left a message then called back again finally spoke to someone who said the car was not ready. Poor poor communication. But got a receipt for the cost of the filters immediately Came to pick up my car they couldn’t find my keys 20 minutes later found them. Honestly so disappointed in the lack of communication Also some of these yes or no questions in this survey asked are not applicable or need to explain
