Very nice, knowledgeable service department with good service. I drive a hour from Connecticut to get my service done here. Took 2 hours for oil change, tire rotation, inspection and wipers changed. I thought $55 for 3 wiper blades was expensive. Unfortunately I have to remind them for each and every service that I have the Honda care plan. That is becoming annoying since it should be automatic on their computer system to not charge me for covered services. It has been 4 years now and I have to make sure I am not charged extra.

Sales Mgr assigned Jason Brooks to work with me. He showed me a vehicle I had in mind. After several back and forths within 24 hours we had a deal. Mr. Brooks was always courteous and prompt. Picked up the vehicle a couple of days later. Happy with it.

I bought my CR-V from this dealership several years ago and have had all my warrantied services done here. For the past few years I have also had my safety inspections done here because I didn’t need to schedule an appointment and there was much less wait time compared to some of the popular inspection stations in my town.

Desiree, went above and beyond to help with my CRV at Lia Honda while Bedard Honda wanted to charge me for injector replacements that Honda covered under a warranty the company extended. Desiree looked into the issue, the other dealer did not.

He took time to show me a vehicle I was interested in and worked with me to make my ownership of a new 2024 CRV as easy and streamlined as possible. I went to Lia Honda to have my car fixed for a recall. Jill Fuduric went above and beyond to check us in. Jill was very friendly and explained things to me clearly. The other workers were very quiet, not even a hello or good morning. When my car was fixed, Jill brought paperwork to me regarding “everything that needed to be fixed”. This was aside from the free recall work. Lia Honda should be ashamed for what they want to charge not only for all the things they wanted to do, but labor costs. I told Jill no thank you, just fix the rear end recall.

Always professional and friendly. I find the prices to be fair. Joe Dubuc handled the intake and kept me appraised of what was happening. He was clearly in the position to make contact with the customer and he did just that. Though I didn't need it, they provide free transportation while you wait.

lia in Northamtpn is my go to spot..my car is 8 yrs old, bought brand new and now has 1700 miles on it.\Lia and Diseree have kept my car in tip top shape.. I can drive confidently that I am safe and will have no trouble on the road, I wouldn't trust my car's maintenance to anyone else.
