Lia Honda Northampton

I went to Lia Honda to have my car fixed for a recall. Jill Fuduric went above and beyond to check us in. Jill was very friendly and explained things to me clearly. The other workers were very quiet, not even a hello or good morning. When my car was fixed, Jill brought paperwork to me regarding “everything that needed to be fixed”. This was aside from the free recall work. Lia Honda should be ashamed for what they want to charge not only for all the things they wanted to do, but labor costs. I told Jill no thank you, just fix the rear end recall.
