This is my second lease purchase and once again this dealership did not disappoint! The excellent salesman Craig Bovio listened to my needs and helped me decide which vehicle. He had everything all set for me to test drive and had the deal… locked and ready to go by the next day. I got what I needed/ wanted for a fair price. I will be back again!!!

Once Phil took care of all my needs, Justin in Finance was great to work… with too. Franco Cordano showed me all the upgrades in the car & set up my garage door opener (that I couldnât get paired w/ my last Benz). I wanted to thank Phil, Franco & Justin for making my car buying experience, easy, enjoyable & efficient. I love my new 2019 Mercedes!Phil

I can't say enough wonderful things about him I have been leasing Mercedes-Benz over 10 years and I know the car very well so I told Phil that I wanted to focus on the… payment. He totally understood my concern and very patient with my needs. I was very glad that he never wasted time recommending more than I wanted. He was extremely professional, knowledgeable and excellent in communicating with me every step of the way. He was very friendly so I felt that I was happily shopping at a luxury boutique rather than buying a car full of stress, Thanks to Phil's great efforts I leased a wonderful car with a wonderful price. He was willing to do anything to make me happy. I have seen a lot of service representatives buying and leasing cars over 10 years. I can say Phil is the best of all. by adnananwer85 on 10/31/2018I recently replaced my E 350 4 Matic 2016 with new Mercedes Benz E 300 4 Matic 2019 model from Flagship motors Lynnfield and it was a great experience. Throughout the whole experience I never felt being pressured or rushed to buy the car,… they listen very carefully and very quick and clear communication. I took my due time test drive the car and ask as many questions regarding car and the finance and the team was so incredibly informed and trustworthy. I was looking for a car with specific features and the sales person (Phill Siassi) went above and beyond to locate the car for me the staff even stayed after hours for me and worked it to meet my expectation in a very small time. The final price was exactly as negotiated (no last-minute surprises). Sales person was very professional and polite, very attentive to my expectations. The whole experience of replacing my old car with new was amazing. I have no words to express my gratitude for the Phill Siassi from sales department and Darnell Caruso from finance who went above and beyond to make my experience amazing. I would totally recommend flagship motorcars of Lynnfield and they have absolutely great team. if you are ever there to buy a Mercedes look for Phill Siassi in sales department if you want to make you experience a very pleasant, quick and painless.Great sales experience with Phil Saissi

Every step of the process he was geniuinly concerned about our needs and concerns. He… was like an old friend that one brings along when making big decisions! Justin Kloack took us through the paperwork and made it understandable and fast. Then we had the pleasure of meeting Elder who is the concierge . He showed us around our car and explained the interaction of the car with our cell phone which was a fun function to have ! In conclusion the acquisition of our GLC was an easy , smooth process thanks to Phil , Elder and Justin! I will highly recommend them.Flagship

by adnananwer87 on 10/12/2018few days back i was looking for a certified Mercedes E350 and i came across Mercedes Benz of Lynnfield. i saw the car online and price-wise nobody was even close to the price they were offering. so i called the dealership and booked an… appointment and the sales representative named Phill showed us the car we had a test drive and i am surprised that unlike any other sales guys i have met in my life, i found Phill to be most honest of his word and commitment. whatever he told me over the phone and told during the test drive about the car it was all true and i am very happy with the whole experience and i am not exaggerating if you ever go to this dealership look for the guy named phill. i am very happy with my purchase and the whole experience. and phill also makes great coffee...Great shopping experience for new and used cars

Had been leaning towards sticking with BMW, but Phil at Flagship was very convincing and wonderful to work with from start to… finish. Cannot say enough about the great customer service, attention to detail, knowledgeable staff and overall experience. Flagship generally, and Phil in particular, definitely know how to treat a customer right, striking the perfect balance of promoting their product (of which they are rightfully proud) without being overly aggressive or pushy.Excellent Sales Experience- Paige Babcock

A few years ago we had a terrible experience at the Sommerville location and instead of leaving Mercedes and going to BMW… we decided to give another dealership a shot and we are so glad we did. Paige gave us the true Mercedes experience. She is extremely professional, patient knowledgeable and just a true pleasure to be around. We were able to custom build our 2019 C300 convertible to our exact specifications and absolutely love our car. Gil Othero was also extremely helpful as well, reviewing all the additional services/protection plan options to ensure we received what we needed. The entire process was seamless from start to finish. My husband and I highly recommend going to Flagship for your automotive needs.Buying a used Car
