Beyond expectations!

This is my second lease purchase and once again this dealership did not disappoint! The excellent salesman Craig Bovio listened to my needs and helped me decide which vehicle. He had everything all set for me to test drive and had the deal… locked and ready to go by the next day. I got what I needed/ wanted for a fair price. I will be back again!!!

by Achit722 on 07/14/2018I had a really great experience at flagship motorcars of Lynnfield. From the big selection of car to the wonderful staff, in particular Phil and Franco. Phil took his time listening to what I wanted and took care of all my needs big and… small. Great personality and all around great guy. As for Franco he gave me a thorough breakdown of everything in my new vehicle from top to bottom. He made sure when I left the lot I knew how to used every single function in the car marking me feel happy and confident in my new purchase. Couldn’t thank these two enough!Best car buying experience!

by newmbowner on 07/04/2018There's something special about this place. If you're looking to buy a MB, Paige Babcock is your person. Here's why: I knew I wanted to purchase the MB GLC350e.--a new offering in the US market. I visited two other Mercedes dealerships… -- in Natick and Somerville -- and in neither place were they knowledgeable or interested in learning about this new, soon to be delivered to the US car. Flagship Motors was different. They had one allocation in the production line in Germany to have a GLC350e made. When I called to make an appointment, Paige Babcock took it upon herself to learn as much as she could about this new car, leaning everything she could about how it works, how the new plugin/hybrid system operates and the basics ins and outs of the car. She impressed me with her willingness to say "I don't know," when needed, and her determination to track down answers. She advocated for me, getting me an incredible price on a brand new-to-the-US-market car, and made sure that she personally delivered the car to me -- instead of letting the service department do it.. Paige is thorough, fun, organized and friendly. I truly enjoyed working with her, and I love the car she helped me build.Terrific experience

To start my sales guy Karl Becker was extremely approachable. I walked in just looking around, a little unsure… of what I was looking for and I walked out positive I'd be back to make a purchase! Days later after thinking everything over, I did just that. Karl answered every question I had along the way and was very reassuring. He made me feel very comfortable and happy with my decision. I was on my way of purchasing my own Mercedes Benz! Gil Otero in finance helped me along the way. He has the best energy and helped made all my decision making fun and easy! When I was ready to take off in my new car the product concierge Paul Cioffi took the time to show me all my fancy new buttons! Paul had the patience and knowledge to explain all of the details and features! These guys are all very knowledgeable and great at what they do! Wonderful experience

Lovette was my salesman, and I can't say enough good things about him. Because he is a great listener, he… found the exact vehicle that I described. There were no high pressure sales tactics, just some friendly negotiating, and the vehicle was mine! Derek, one of the sales managers came over to say hello and congratulate me on my new vehicle. Justin, one of the individuals in finance, was very friendly, and explained the additional options with no pressure. Further, Lovette was there for me for support when I couldn't set my radio stations, when I needed to remove a small dent that I made on my brand new car, and he showed support when I was dealing with an ill family member. Twice I have returned to this location to receive a free car wash because I live nearby, and both times Lovette surprised me by coming over to say hello. I highly recommend Flagship Motorcars of Lynnfield, and especially Lovette, who continues to exceed my expectations.Awesome experience

He never pressured or overwhelmed us with info, but presented the wonderful qualities and benefits of owning a Mercedes in an easy,… understandable and enthusiastic way. The same can be said for Suada, the positively delightful self-professed car geek, who walked us through all the bells and whistles of our new toy. Both Skip and Suada made our car buying experience at Flagship so easy, satisfying and fun. After our last car was totaled we needed a new car in a very short time frame and Paige and Paul helped us get into an amazing new car for a great… price. They never pressured us to buy a more expensive care, if anything the steered us towards the best deal that fit our needs. Steve, and the team at Flagship were very helpful, and patient and… worked with me. Sean had the car I was interested in ready for a test drive when I arrived. He answered all my questions… and concerns and made my purchase very easy. Darnell Caruso-Stewart moved me right the financial side of things making recommendations which helped me with my decisions. Finally Suada Kolenovic was on hand to deliver my new Mercedes. She explained all the features to my satisfaction and helped me set up Phone, Navigation and Audio. This part of the process was greatly appreciated. If you are in the market for a new car, I highly recommend Flagship Motors. There are zero games, she just gets it and she wants to do right by you not what’s right for her paycheck, you can tell it’s just in her DNA. Lilly’s prompt responses and timely updates ade me feel that I was being listened to. That attitude continued on with Skip. He was pleasant,… informed and gave me the “space” to make my decision. Gil handled all aspects of financing and the “paperwork” was efficiently and pleasantly as I ever experienced. Paul took the time to make sure I completely understood my E350 and how it worked.
