This was a first new car purchase for me and was a very easy transaction. My daughter also bought a new car… from him a few days earlier. I would highly recommend Commonwealth Motors and Jeffrey Mercedes. Now I have a new dependable car with no worries and it was actually a pleasant experience with no pressure what so ever. Ashley got ahold of me very quickly after I submitted the TrueCar request, with the right amount of follow-up to determine my… interest, without being pushy. Once we got to the dealership, Iban was a true delight to work with. He helped us do exactly what we wanted, quickly and efficiently. He never once made us feel pressured or uncomfortable, which is not what I had come to expect in years of purchasing vehicles. He took his time when explaining things to us, but also made sure to be quick when needed. For example, he went out of his way to make sure he could accommodate us for our pick-up time, which was very, very nice of him and helpful to us. It completely made our purchasing experience. Brian was great, as well. He explained everything thoroughly, but still let us make our own choices. A truly great conversation about the finances. I cannot say enough about how wonderful this car buying experience was. I appreciate what you have worked so hard to create at Commonwealth Honda, and only wish that this sort of service was replicated at other dealers.Great Experience

Every other dealership doesn't offer specials when leasing and I always feel like I end up paying more. When I checked what other dealerships were… offering they had money down plus the monthly payments were more than the $249 I'm paying. It's impressive.Great Experience At Commonwealth.
