Commonwealth Motors. A great car buying experience!!
by JonLaws on 07/19/2015updated 07/24/2015Right from the start I was greeted by a welcoming Sales associate. Sanela "Sunny" greeted me at the door and directed me to the vehicle I was interested in. She was very patient with me as I thoroughly inspected the vehicle and took it for… a test drive. She answered most of the questions I had. When we were able to reach a deal, I was asked to ring the honorary "sales bell." It was a nice touch and made me feel special as the sales team cheered me on. Sanela even went out of her way to drive me to the nearest bank so I could gather the funds I needed for the purchase. That was very helpful since I was 50 miles away from home. After further inspection, I did have to bring the car back for some repairs the next day. The service dept agreed to fix everything that was an issue. They gave me a free rental for a couple days while my car was being fixed. My car is now all fixed and runs great. In the end I got a GREAT DEAL! It was worth driving the 100 miles round trip to get my dream car!! Thank You Commonwealth Motors!!Best Dealer in the Merrimack Valey
