Ashley got ahold of me very quickly after I submitted the TrueCar request, with the right amount of follow-up to determine my interest, without being pushy. Once we got to the dealership, Iban was a true delight to work with. He helped us do exactly what we wanted, quickly and efficiently. He never once made us feel pressured or uncomfortable, which is not what I had come to expect in years of purchasing vehicles. He took his time when explaining things to us, but also made sure to be quick when needed. For example, he went out of his way to make sure he could accommodate us for our pick-up time, which was very, very nice of him and helpful to us. It completely made our purchasing experience. Brian was great, as well. He explained everything thoroughly, but still let us make our own choices. A truly great conversation about the finances. I cannot say enough about how wonderful this car buying experience was.
