I shopped Commonwealth Honda last -- and I'm glad I did!
by purple9845 on 06/09/2013updated 10/24/2014Last year, I needed to purchase a vehicle for a new job that would require a commute. After test-driving a few SUVs, I realized that the 2012 Honda CR-V was my top pick. I was not satisfied with the customer service or price offered to me… by many of the car dealerships in the Greater Boston area. However, the exception was Enyel (or "Angel") M. at Commonwealth Motors. Because I was in a time pinch to get my car before my job start date, I had a flurry of questions and requests I needed assistance with; Angel and his team were in constant contact with me to ensure I received everything I needed. They also worked remotely with me for part of the transaction, as I was out of town. That flexibility is truly unique, and I continue to go to Commonwealth Honda to get my car serviced regularly. I would definitely recommend Angel and the Commonwealth Honda team!I never dealt with a salesman I worked with someone who was there to help

He was very responsive and professional and we got the price we want for the CR-V. Paperwork was quick and smooth. Love our Silverado
by lynchfamily5 on 07/24/2014We thoroughly enjoy our new 2015 Silverado 2500HD LTZ. The Duramax Diesel is the quietest diesel I've ever operated. Hauling a 7500 pound boat it gets 16 MPG. On the open highway without a load it gets 23 MPG. Amazing! Our salesman, Daniel… S, was a nice, knowledgeable sales professional. He made our deal happen without any pressure or haggling.Your fantastic review was quite a refreshing read! Congratulations on your new Silverado. I am sure you are continuing to enjoy it. He was super friendly, answered all my questions (which there were many!!) and helped us get our payment right where we wanted!!! John M was great too! He explained… everything in detail when we signed the papers and was down to earth and didn't treat us like another sale... After I took my Pilot home, I noticed a few things that weren't working correctly and called Eric and he set me up with Martin S. Martin was super sweet as I explained the problems and he even knew the noises I was trying to describe! Lol. I am very happy with my whole experience and I will definitely recommend them and Commonwealth again!!!We are truly dedicated to providing quality customer service in all areas of our dealership. Jhonattan saw me looking around the lot and got to me immediately. Asked what I… was looking into and such. I had mentioned the 2013 Toyota Corolla S that I saw online. After 10 minutes we were test driving. I loved every minute of the ride. Shortly after that we got to making the deal. Reasonable amount for my trade giving it's age and mileage. After that I dealt with finance (I forgot the gentleman's name) and the payment amount was exactly what I was looking for. I may be back next year with my wife's vehicle her loan is up. Buying a New Honda Accord

To my surprise my experience was very smooth. I had a vehicle to trade… which I thought was going to be a long drawn out process. I got the best money for my trade even before stating what vehicle I wanted to buy. I dealt with the sales manager of Honda and he gave me a great deal on my new car. I got the best money for my trade and got an excellent deal on my new car. I would recommend this dealership to anyone buying a car. They took the time to work with me on the best deal. I have purchased several cars from this dealership and have never had to deal with high pressure sales people or being stuck at the dealership for hours trying to agree… on a price. I've always felt I've gotten a good deal without all the sterotypical hassles of buying a new car. I would definately recommend purchasing from Commonwealth.Great overall experience buying new Accord
by stevejo1 on 10/26/2010Love my new 2011 Honda Accord. This is our third vehicle purchased from Commonwealth Motors and I must say it was the best overall buying experience of them all. I already knew what I wanted when I went to the dealership so the… decision was really down to price and service. I had quotes from other area dealers and the salesman was able to match it without having to "play the game". What a great experience, I left satisfied knowing that I got a good deal. Trading in my old Accord was easy and fair (I already knew approximately what to expect for a price). The rest of the buying process was easy with no surprises or heavy pressure to add a lot of "extras". They took care of getting new plates, inspection sticker, and insurance change. Before leaving the lot, the salesman took the time to personally go over every feature of the new car to make sure I understood them all. by zaedon54 on 10/19/2010I'm glad that I chose to shop for my first new car at Commonwealth Honda. As I entered the lot, I was impressed at the general layout and presentation of their car selection. Walking though the doors onto the sales floor, the open floor… plan is welcoming and the music coming from the ceiling speakers is relaxing. I was quickly greeted by a concierge who introduced me to Luis, my sales representative. Before stepping outside to look at the different cars, Luis asked me about my interests and really tried to get a sense of what I was looking for. He had a clear knowledge of Honda's product line and was very successful in matching my needs to a particular vehicle, the 2011 Honda Accord EX-L (no NAV). Once we identified the model, he walked me outside for the test drive. There were no idle moments during this sales experience. Luis was friendly and frequently asked about my interests, hobbies, family, work, etc. After the test drive, I was interested in making an offer, and Luis was very focused on valuing my time more than his potential sales commission. I was prepared with a lot of information about the value of the car...MSRP, invoice, destination fees, rebates, trade-in, and financing. My offer was treated with respect, and after some quick negotiating, we agreed to terms. The entire experience was both personal and professional, and I would have no hesitation to refer others to Commonwealth Honda...particularly Luis Cruz. I will be back!I left feeling like a got a good deal in the end.

The car I was searching was not there in dealer and the price… they offer in e-mail was not same and they asking higher price. It was such a bad experiecne that I don't recommend anyone internet search for purchasing new car in this dealer.Great purchase
