Dealership Sales Review
I'm glad that I chose to shop for my first new car at Commonwealth Honda. As I entered the lot, I was impressed at the general layout and presentation of their car selection. Walking though the doors onto the sales floor, the open floor plan is welcoming and the music coming from the ceiling speakers is relaxing. I was quickly greeted by a concierge who introduced me to Luis, my sales representative. Before stepping outside to look at the different cars, Luis asked me about my interests and really tried to get a sense of what I was looking for. He had a clear knowledge of Honda's product line and was very successful in matching my needs to a particular vehicle, the 2011 Honda Accord EX-L (no NAV). Once we identified the model, he walked me outside for the test drive. There were no idle moments during this sales experience. Luis was friendly and frequently asked about my interests, hobbies, family, work, etc. After the test drive, I was interested in making an offer, and Luis was very focused on valuing my time more than his potential sales commission. I was prepared with a lot of information about the value of the car...MSRP, invoice, destination fees, rebates, trade-in, and financing. My offer was treated with respect, and after some quick negotiating, we agreed to terms. The entire experience was both personal and professional, and I would have no hesitation to refer others to Commonwealth Honda...particularly Luis Cruz. I will be back!
