    I just bought my second CRV from Commonwealth in the last 4 years. The Commonwealth team is outstanding, everyone is super helpful and friendly. Pricing in my experience beats anyone in the region. I wasn't even planning to buy but the price to trade my 2013 CRV for a new 2016 one was too good to pass up. I have serviced my CRV at Commonwealth too, again, the best, easiest, least expensive service anywhere as far as I know. I have always been happy with every interaction with Commonwealth!

    Efficient sales experience, Finance Manager was excellent, I would recommend this dealer. The bull pen approach on the sales floor appeared to be highly effective. The radio advert is what called my attention to Commonwealth Honda.

    Doug provided great customer service and was very professional. Car buying process was a pleasant experience. Doug listened to what I was looking for and showed me many options. Overall great experience. Customer service was great from sales representative, Financial representative, and the Service technician who did the vehicle inspection. Everyone was personable, courteous, professional and polite.

    Chris Bergeron was very attentive and I did not feel like I was being rushed to make a decision right then and there. He answered all of my questions and spent a lot of time with me. He even came in on his day off to deliver the car to me. That meant a lot to me.

    We had the best experience buying a car here then any other dealership we had used on past purchases. they were courteous and respectful. they did not try to push a sale but truly helped us find the best car and gave us the best deal they possibly could to suit our needs. we even got more than our car was worth on trade in. I couldn't be happier and this will be my go to dealership in the future

    I purchased a brand new 2016 Honda Civic on 1/27/16. Two days after I picked it up, the Bluetooth system was not working. The dealership told me that Honda was aware of the issue but had no timeline for when it would be fixed. I visited the service department three times within a month of owning the car and without fail a few days after every visit, the issue resurfaced. This dealership provided absolutely zero assistance after their attempts to patch the issue with various electronic resets. Their first attempt at a resolution was to extort me of $3000 to trade my car in at a loss for the same exact car. Obviously I didn't take that option, so their only additional advice was to contact Honda directly to file an issue. I didn't buy the car from Honda directly; I bought it from Commonwealth. I have very little hope that Honda will be timely in addressing my issue. So ultimately, now I'm stuck with a brand new car that doesn't work as advertised and can't be fixed! If anyone were considering buying a new Honda, I would steer clear of this dealership.

    I recently bought my very first car, a 2016 Honda Civic from Commonwealth Motors and could not be more satisfied with the service! Buying a new car for the first time can be nerve racking, but the great service and welcoming atmosphere Commonwealth provided eased the process. I met with Doug who was very knowledgeable about the car and patient during the decision making process. He sat in the car with me and went over every feature the car had to offer which only made me love it even more. Overall, the buying process went very smooth; everyone was willing to help any way they could. I got a great price for the car I wanted and could not be more grateful for the sales team at Commonwealth Motors. Thank you for making my first car buying experience a great one, I love my new car!

    This was my first time going into a lease, and Luis and did a superb job at explaining what my options were with leasing vs buying. He was always available when we needed him, and he always made us laugh and have a good time. We enjoyed the process and learned a lot.     For over 6 months I was in the market for a 2014 certified Honda Accord Sport. I visited a few dealerships around Massachusetts. One of my biggest "thing" besides finding a good certified car is Customer Service and interpersonal skills (like having sales people actually looking at me in my eyes and even better NOT starting to roll their eyes while I am having negotiations with their manager). Commonwealth Honda just blew away the competition and here are the reasons why: At my first appointment somebody was actually waiting for me outside +++ Everybody was very nice, polite and they actually listen to me patiently +++ I had a tour of the whole Honda facility and the place is spotless +++ The salesperson that took care of me was very helpful, knowledgeable and very polite++++ Their inventory was pretty big and they have good quality and options. +++ "Shop us last" is not just a TV add...They mean it !!

    I wanted a new 2015 Honda Civic, All dealers with the exception of Commonwealth told me they could not get the model I wanted, Commonwealth Honda listen to my request and within day called me to let me know they found/ order the car I wanted and honored the True Car pricing.   • Purchase Experience

    hi, I have not purchased a new vehicle in 12 years. I was a repeat from a Kia years ago and had a great experience then, and another just this past weekend. I did shop the last this time and found that they know their stuff. My Sales person, Jerome was very knowledgeable in teaching me the new technology and what I was also told that my purchase was rare, because it was a new 2016 HRV, but was already purchased and traded in ..so, I got a Certified Warranty. To top it off, the finance manager Brian, explained the warranty and got me even a better finance rate. The Sales Team at Commonwealth Honda truly made this experience fun and comfortable for me. I will tell my friends to sop here too..

    I have been to five other dealerships and I lost my faith that I would be treated like a human being with feelings. I've heard and seen the commercials for Commonwealth dealership "Shop us last" and I decided I can do this. I held my breath as my sister and I pulled in and to my surprised we were greeted by Iban Rojas with a large smile. I let Iban know that I wanted to see the Honda HR-V and as fast as fast could be he showed me the car I wanted to see and answered all my questions. I wasn't able to make the decision that day to purchase the car as my husband was out of the country. I asked Iban for his business card and he asked me to follow him inside and I dreaded to go inside as I felt like he was going to hold me hostage. I was so wrong he was super nice and treated me like I was a person who had feelings. I wasn't held hostage and I was able to speak with my husband that night and I came back to purchase MY NEW CAR two days later from Iban Rojas. I thanked Iban for treating me like a person and understanding me it made a world of difference! I can't be happier thank you Iban & Commonwealth!
