Commonwealth Honda

For over 6 months I was in the market for a 2014 certified Honda Accord Sport. I visited a few dealerships around Massachusetts. One of my biggest "thing" besides finding a good certified car is Customer Service and interpersonal skills (like having sales people actually looking at me in my eyes and even better NOT starting to roll their eyes while I am having negotiations with their manager). Commonwealth Honda just blew away the competition and here are the reasons why: At my first appointment somebody was actually waiting for me outside +++ Everybody was very nice, polite and they actually listen to me patiently +++ I had a tour of the whole Honda facility and the place is spotless +++ The salesperson that took care of me was very helpful, knowledgeable and very polite++++ Their inventory was pretty big and they have good quality and options. +++ "Shop us last" is not just a TV add...They mean it !!
