Great experience

He listened to my needs, did not pressure me into buying any type of car or accessories. He is the best. I was able to also walk around the… dealership without a salesman following me. Dealership is good. But this Sales Manager is not.

He didn't bother to meet us and treated us as if we were passing time, not to forget, we had given our Credit card to him, even then he treated us like that. He didn't come even after requesting him… to come while we were buying the car.. Instead he increased the price by 50$ and wrote it in Bold RED letters. So we insisted him to come after that, post which he finally came and did apologize for the sake of it. Even then we bought the car as we liked the car. When we went for the paper work the next day. The new car had 294 miles on the new car, so we were requesting to bring down the price a little more, but he didn't budge or negotiate. But we went ahead with the deal due to lack of inventory elsewhere. When we made the final deal, he didn't come to greet us. So I think there is some sort of approach issue here. But anyways we are really happy with the Sales person - Jessie who helped us till the very last day. He was really really courteous.Best Dealer around!

Accommodating and efficient

We did our research via CarGurus.com and found a fantastic deal at Commonwealth for a 2016 Honda Fit CPO. Doug Call greeted us upon walk-in and helped us… through the process. The dealership was accommodating with our request to attempt to remove a dent with purchase (which they were able to handle at no cost) and also handled registration and plate retrieval in a timely manner. Our insurance company was delayed in activating our policy and Doug personally let us know when the matter was handled, Our car was available for pick up 5 days within purchase. He was very knowledgeable about the Fit and sat with us for 10 extra minutes in the car to show us all the bells and whistles. As first time car buyers, we were very pleased with our experience and the professionalism at Commonwealth.Thank you for sharing your experience with us! Very Dissapointed, Avoid dealing with Steve Consoli
by papi83dm on 01/02/2017Very disappointed how Steve Consoli treated me, he added an additional 20 dollars to the lease agreement and when I questioned him he told me to leave the dealer and to go somewhere else. He was very unprofessional and refused to give me… his name, after I demanded him to give me his name he said his name was "Peter Polemica". I had to go into the dealer website to get his name. Avoid dealing with Steve Consoli if you are going to buy a car at this dealership. He is going to make you feel that's the only place you can get a Honda. He embarrassed me in front of his employees and all the customers that were there, I will never go back to this dealer to buy a car.I am concerned by your review and would love the opportunity to address it for you. Bought a Certified Used Honda - Love it!!

I love the value of getting a near brand new car, but at a used price. The… sales team carefully explained the hurdles a car needs to jump in order to be certified, and this car certainly makes the grade! It runs smooth and has all of the features and amenities of a brand new Honda. Easiest car purchase ever
by ForrestNH on 07/12/2016My experience started with Edmunds.com, where I submitted a TMV pricing request for a 2016 Honda Civic. Paula Mattucci responded to my request in a low-pressure but responsive way. She gave me a price quote on the car I was looking for, and… told me that while the color/model I wanted was not on your lot, she could obtain it at no extra charge. By the way, your price was $200 less than the next lowest quote - not a lot of money, but a convincing factor in my decision to come to you. Next, I met Doug Call at the dealership. Doug was very helpful and friendly, and made it easy for me to test drive the Touring model that I was looking for. He honored the price quote that Paula had provided, and then negotiated trade-in value. The initial trade-in offer was extremely low, but we were able to get to a number that was still low, but acceptable to me. Brian Philo did a nice job working through the paperwork with me, and prepared everything for my wife's signature. When she stopped by to sign the papers John (?) was able to make it quick and easy for her. Each member of your team was friendly, responsive and used a low pressure approach that helped build trust. This was the most pleasant, and least stressful purchasing experience in over 25 years of buying cars.I sincerely thank you for going out of your way to write this review about.
