My experience started with Edmunds.com, where I submitted a TMV pricing request for a 2016 Honda Civic. Paula Mattucci responded to my request in a low-pressure but responsive way. She gave me a price quote on the car I was looking for, and told me that while the color/model I wanted was not on your lot, she could obtain it at no extra charge. By the way, your price was $200 less than the next lowest quote - not a lot of money, but a convincing factor in my decision to come to you. Next, I met Doug Call at the dealership. Doug was very helpful and friendly, and made it easy for me to test drive the Touring model that I was looking for. He honored the price quote that Paula had provided, and then negotiated trade-in value. The initial trade-in offer was extremely low, but we were able to get to a number that was still low, but acceptable to me. Brian Philo did a nice job working through the paperwork with me, and prepared everything for my wife's signature. When she stopped by to sign the papers John (?) was able to make it quick and easy for her. Each member of your team was friendly, responsive and used a low pressure approach that helped build trust. This was the most pleasant, and least stressful purchasing experience in over 25 years of buying cars.
