  • Not Even Allowed to Look Inside — Took My Money to Porsche

    I was interested in the new GX550 and saw that this dealership had the exact color combination I wanted. I called to ask if the car was available and whether I could come by to see it. I was told it was already spoken for, but I explained that I just wanted to view the color combo in person. The salesperson still refused. I even clarified that I didn’t want to test drive it or sit in it—I simply hoped they could open the door so I could take a quick look inside. He told me no, saying the new owner wouldn’t appreciate it and that management had instructed them not to allow it. After this, and a previous bad experience at Lexus of Watertown, I decided I’d had enough. I ended up buying a Porsche instead—and I absolutely love it. I will never do business with this dealership.

  • Unresolved: forged my signature to add $2000, 2 months still no refund

    TLDR: The dealership forged my signature to add $2000 worth of unwanted packages to my lease contract, and I still haven’t received my refund 2 months later even after they admitted fault. I had the misfortune of leasing a Lexus NX from this dealership, and it has been an absolute nightmare. They added over $2,000 in unwanted packages (“ResistAll” and “Tire & Wheel”) to my contract without my consent. When I questioned it, they presented me with a fraudulent document bearing a forged signature (not my own) and an impossible timestamp (Sunday 10:40am when the dealership was closed). After I pointed out the discrepancies, they admitted that it was a mistake, and they promised to refund the full amount. However, it has been more than 2 months, and I'm still waiting for the refund. To make matters worse, they’ve been slow in responding to my follow-ups and seem completely unconcerned about the fraudulent activity happening within their dealership. Avoid this place at all costs. They clearly have no qualms about deceiving and ripping off their customers. I'm now stuck dealing with the stress of potential legal action to resolve this mess.

    Love the car we purchased. The salesman, Kal, was knowledgeable and easy to work with. We just moved here from the Pittsburgh Pa area. The dealer there offered weekly car washes, free state inspections and oil changes for the life of the car. Not so with the Ira dealership. One expects premium service from the dealer when buying a premium car.

    After a long search we finally settled on a particular, hard to find car, at Ira Lexus. Unlike other dealers there was no markup from list, reasonable dealer fees and no high pressure for dealer add-ons. Extremely helpful sales person and they delivered it to me at the town hall within two days of us first seeing it.
