Ramon, the sales representative, was outstanding. He was knowledgeable and polite. He even made a trip to our house, a 20-minute drive from the dealership, to assure that a car's features would work with our narrow garage. The business associate followed an obvious script to get us to buy warranty products we didn't want, and we had to say, "No" about five times. That was less pleasant. So be prepared for that. But Ramon was outstanding.

Completely Satisfied with Kia Burlington

I spent tons of time going to various companies and dealers looking for a new car. The ONLY one that took me seriously from the start and kept me happy the entire way through the process was Kia of Burlington. Ramon and Julian are both the highest level of employees you can have and did everything in their power to make me a happy customer, from letting me test drive and come in multiple times, to getting an absolutely amazing deal on the car I wanted. There was practically no pressure to do anything I wasn't happy with. I got a great car that I'm very happy with and would highly recommend Kia to anyone looking for a car.

Recently purchased a 2012 Kia Optima from Herb Chambers Kia in Burlington Massachusetts. The entire experience was exceptional. All the people from reception to service to sales were outstanding which included Julian Aguirre General Sales Manager, Carlos Fonseca, Used Car Sales Manager, Vladimir Klimov Sales Consultant, Ashley Hammon Office Manger, Cathy Johnson Reception and Michael Montealegre Service. Five star quality across the board!

My wife and I were very impressed by the quality service received from Herb Chambers Kia of Burlington. From sales to financing, Herb Chambers staff had it all covered—soup to nuts. We would like to personally acknowledge John Francis and Stu for their great, hassle free service throughout the process. As long time loyal customers of Kia automobiles, my wife and I were quite relieved by how seamless the whole experience turned out. Note: Although long time Kia owners and /or lessees, this was our first Kia purchase at Herb Chambers of Burlington. We were very appreciative of how John conducted himself throughout. He was very professional, courteous, prompt, efficient and extremely knowledgeable, especially with vehicle technology. Stu also provided us with very detailed and thorough explanation of lease financing options in a highly professional and courteous manner. He was very customer friendly. In closing, my wife and I concur that John and Stu provided exemplary service. And based on this experience, we unequivocally would say both employees appear to be valuable assets to this Kia dealership. Thanks to them both.
