He even made a trip to our house, a 20-minute drive from the dealership, to assure that a car's features would work with our narrow garage. The business… associate followed an obvious script to get us to buy warranty products we didn't want, and we had to say, "No" about five times. That was less pleasant. So be prepared for that. Ramon and Julian are both the… highest level of employees you can have and did everything in their power to make me a happy customer, from letting me test drive and come in multiple times, to getting an absolutely amazing deal on the car I wanted.
