Ramon was excellent.

Ramon, the sales representative, was outstanding. He was knowledgeable and polite. He even made a trip to our house, a 20-minute drive from the dealership, to assure that a car's features would work with our narrow garage. The business associate followed an obvious script to get us to buy warranty products we didn't want, and we had to say, "No" about five times. That was less pleasant. So be prepared for that. But Ramon was outstanding.
