by Steve on 02/19/2025Dalia was the first to greet me at the front door and the first thing I thought was here we go another pushy sales person but to my surprise she was very comfortable to deal with. She took me to her desk and first offered me something to… drink I said water please and she came back with a bottle of water for me, she started out our conversation asking me my name and where I was from I knew right then I was wrong about her being a pushy salesperson I told her I was going to try out a lease for the first time, she asked me what kind of car I was looking for and what kind of mo. payment I would feel comfortable with. I knew right then this was going to be a good experience working with her. She made some suggestions and let me decide on my own what I thought was best for me and my family. She was very knowledgeable and I walked out of that showroom with a car I moved and a price I liked even more. She was a gem at her game. She also knew everything about the car I picked and walked me thru every thing . Walked out of there feeling I got a nice car at a great price and a friend took boot! I will return to this dealership as long as Dahlia is still there. A very happy customer Steve from Weymouth.Over and above!!mk

They did not have what I wanted on there property but he went above and beyond to locate the perfect car and the price I was willing to pay. My sales man also went… above and beyond to make me happy by doing little extras to save me from making phone calls to explaining…in simple terms…every step from the sale to all the technology. He is a wonderful young man. I highly recommend McGovern Hyundai.A lot of vehicle

The no-pressure approach is what I like at this dealership the most. When I first met Rico he was a laid-back and a came across as… a calm person who was easy to speak with and purchase a vehicle from. The ONLY COMPLAINT was the finance part took almost all day but I was still… happy and drove off with my new car by the end of the day! Fast forward to 2023 I decided to upgrade to new 23 Tuscan and of course had to have Doug again. He was waiting for me with that infectious smile and he got and I was up and out of that dealership with in 2 hours! What?!? Yes from sales to finance all with in 2 hours! I am so happy with my purchase and how everyone was so friendly at this location! Painless No Haggeling

When I arrived by the car I wanted was on the show room floor ready for me to go over and test drive. We went throw my check list and the car offered more option then I… thought of. Kevin welcomed us at the door, and patiently answered all questions. I had researched Ioniq on many… websites, yet he still explained stuff to us that we didn't already know. The whole experience was enjoyable. He gave us plenty of time to discuss. I called another dealer we'd visited to compare deals, and Kevin was patient with that as well. He clearly explained the financial differences between the purchase and lease deals. All with no pressure whatsoever. Thank you to Kevin and the rest of the team!
