Looking at Ioniq as an emergency replacement for a doomed Honda Fit, so my wife and I weren't really happy to be at the dealership. Kevin welcomed us at the door, and patiently answered all questions. I had researched Ioniq on many websites, yet he still explained stuff to us that we didn't already know. The whole experience was enjoyable. He gave us plenty of time to discuss. I called another dealer we'd visited to compare deals, and Kevin was patient with that as well.
