Dalia was the first to greet me at the front door and the first thing I thought was here we go another pushy sales person but to my surprise she was very comfortable to deal with. She took me to her desk and first offered me something to drink I said water please and she came back with a bottle of water for me, she started out our conversation asking me my name and where I was from I knew right then I was wrong about her being a pushy salesperson I told her I was going to try out a lease for the first time, she asked me what kind of car I was looking for and what kind of mo. payment I would feel comfortable with. I knew right then this was going to be a good experience working with her. She made some suggestions and let me decide on my own what I thought was best for me and my family. She was very knowledgeable and I walked out of that showroom with a car I moved and a price I liked even more. She was a gem at her game. She also knew everything about the car I picked and walked me thru every thing . Walked out of there feeling I got a nice car at a great price and a friend took boot!
