Brilliant service!

Right from the time you pull into the bay, their service team will greet promptly, will then direct you to have a seat while a service advisor… attends to your need. Incidentally, this time I was taken care by “Jeffrey Hines” - the director. Excellent service, prompt and precise, and got me over to Diego to complete the next step within 5 mins! In depth investigation & resolution

Because the fix required multiple days, the team quickly got me into a loaner car at no cost to me.Hi! Poor

I also just like the fact that I’ve had this car going on two years and a part needs to be replaced. That’s… rotten and the cost was astronomical and I brought the car in months after I’ve had the car with the same rattle noise, but no one looked at.it seems very shady to me when companies add quotes to up sell the work ticket. I was given to option to replace heat shield on my quote online but when I got there my invoice said decline heat shield smhA1 Top notch service

Just a horrible experience
by Judith Brown on 01/22/2023I scheduled an appointment for an annual service. They had my vehicle for 10 days. Didn’t do an annual service because I “didn’t tell the service rep”. I told him that when I called I specified that it was for an annual service. He started… arguing with me. Told me it was up in o me to tell him. I told him he should have asked me if I wanted he stated “but it’s $1,000.” If you can afford a Range Rover, you should be able to afford the service Never again will I go there o this dealershipThe way service is supposed to be

Made a Working Mom’s Life so Much Easier

I was already running late trying to get the husband and two kids everywhere they needed to be before getting my self to work: no easy task for a one car household on a normal day. Check… in was quick and convenient. I was in my loaner and on my way in no time at all. Michael kept me updated on the status of my car (I love the ease of the text communications) and service was done and was back in my car before the end of the day! They were fair and thorough and car came back sparkling clean. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience.Amy, We are so proud of our team for helping to make your morning routine a bit easier for you! I had an appointment they took me in give me an Uber back to my office called me three hours later give me an Uber back to Herb Chambers Land Rover. Michael did… the trick it was all under warranty and it didn’t cost me lick !Michael and the team are pleased that you had such an easy visit to our service center!
