Just a horrible experience

onI scheduled an appointment for an annual service. They had my vehicle for 10 days. Didn’t do an annual service because I “didn’t tell the service rep”. I told him that when I called I specified that it was for an annual service. He started arguing with me. Told me it was up in o me to tell him. I told him he should have asked me if I wanted he stated “but it’s $1,000.” If you can afford a Range Rover, you should be able to afford the service Never again will I go there o this dealership
