Disliked service women she came off, very rude, and not understanding my question about my previous service that I have there. I also just like the fact that I’ve had this car going on two years and a part needs to be replaced. That’s rotten and the cost was astronomical and I brought the car in months after I’ve had the car with the same rattle noise, but no one looked at.it seems very shady to me when companies add quotes to up sell the work ticket. I was given to option to replace heat shield on my quote online but when I got there my invoice said decline heat shield smh
