I also worked with… Shaune Conway for the all the paperwork and he was great to deal with as well. I feel that I got a good price on my trade as well as the purchase price on the Colorado. I could not be happier with the dealership (clean, friendly environment), the people that I worked with (Honest, friendly, good sense of humor) and the vehicle (arrest-me-red is awesome, features are great, rides great, overall a great truck), I would recommend this dealership to anyone that wants a friendly car shopping experience.Great Service Dept.
by GsProf on 04/09/2015After having a unpleasant 2 week experience at another Chevrolet Dealership attempting to have two safety recalls taken care after scheduling an appointment. My daughter waited over 3 1/2 hrs for the car when the recall notices said it… would take approx an hour for both to be done. When she came home I saw the second recall had not been preformed, Ii called the dealership and was told "We don't know about the second recall, even though we showed them both recall notices sent from G.M. I was told they'll have to call G.M. we can't just replace parts because you said so. I again explained what the recall notice said and faxed the recall notice to them the next day. 2 days later they told me, We spoke to G.M. and understood what needed to be replaced but, "We don't have the part in stock, we'll call you when they are." Four days later on a Friday afternoon a voice mail, the part were in to bring it in Saturday. When i called to make arrangements to bring it in Saturday I was told I had to leave it for a day, we'll try and squeeze it in." The part was a headlight relay that takes less than 15 minute to replace. I frustration I contacted Colonial Chevrolet Service Dept. late Monday afternoon the next day to discuss the recalls. At 8:00 AM the next morning Colonial Service Dept. called me and verified they had the parts for the recall and asked if I could stop in that day. In less time than it took me to walk around the show room once and admire the new 2015 Camaro and Corvette that my kids won't let me buy ;(, the service writer came and told me the car was ready and I was on my way. I didn't even have time to have my Dunkin Donuts coffee I brought for the wait ! Rather than have to inconvenience someone to follow me to drop-off and p/u my car, getting to work etc. This was an extraordinary. The follow up e-mail and phone call from Allison to make sure I was happy with my service call, showed Colonial cares about customer service. Thank you to Steve Carlson and his people in the Service Dept.Always leave with a smile!

I was pleasantly surprised at how soon… they were able to get the car registered and ready to pick up. Joe was excellent with communicating with us and worked really hard for us. by nogood1 on 04/28/2010My car broke down in Acton Massachusetts. Since AAA only tows three miles they towed me to a place called Colonial Chevrolet. Since I live about 30 miles from Acton I didn't know much about the this placed called Colonial Chevrolet. The car… was diagnosed. (not on approval by my husband or myself) I was called by a service person and was told that I need a new alternator and battery to the tune of $660.00. That seemed high to us so we decided to have the car towed to our hometown to a place where we've had our cars worked on before. Later in the day I am called by the service professional at H & M Towing in Westminster. He's mystified, there appears to be nothing wrong except a lose connection on the alternator. He wants to keep the car overnight to see if the battery possibly drains overnight and test it again in the morning, just to make sure we're not caught in anothere situation where the car breaks down. Sure enough, I get the call this morning and same scoop - nothing wrong with the car. H & M Towing thank you for your honesty, we'll certainly be back again (hopefully later not sooner). :) Colonial Chevrolet....WOW....we are going to be shopping the new car market in the next six months....definitely not going to be stepping onto your sales floor. If these sorts of practices are going on in your service department it certainly would make me wonder about the rest of your company.Sales - Joe P.

Joe was extremely patient trying to understand our requirements.Once we were done he showed us exactly what we… wanted. After a long test drive and plenty of questions from us, Joe was warm and kind all the way, picking up on our view and matching it with suitable options. We were extremely impressed with his knowledge and the way he explained all the features of the car.Joe was not a typical salesman forcing us to do business but was keen on getting us the car we wanted and at the price we wanted. He also made the entire process and the paper work extremely simple which made things easier for us. We had been to another dealer(not Chevy) earlier that day and could visibly see the difference in attitude between the sales person there and Joe. The previous sales person tried to explain everything that was wrong with our car and why he couldn't give us a good deal on it. The experience was however very positive and friendly with Colonial. People at Colonial respected our car, our requirements and our budget(thankfully) and we walked away with a car we loved and a deal we could both agree on! Thanks to Joe and Colonial Chevrolet !! I went to Colonial and the sales person was very helpful. Showing me both the single 2013 they had as well as… several trucks that were a few years old - great inventory. We discussed the tradeoffs of the various trucks, In the end I purchased the 2013 truck. Salesperson picked me up at the commuter rail station a few days later to enable me to pick up the truck and has called me a few times to make sure all is okay. We were extremely comfortable with our sales associate Joe P. who went out of his way for us and made this car purchase the easiest I have ever had. I dealt with Tania in the internet department , Bob L was my Salesman , John the General Manager and at the end me and the business manager… Shawn C were laughing it up. I will highly recommend this Dealership to everyone! I have to admit that when we first drove into the car lot I had… very mixed feeling. Last weekend I had a bad experience with another dealership and now the process of looking for car was not something that I was looking forward to. I had done my homework and I knew that this particular dealership had several cars that would make a nice upgrade for me. Although all of the cars were very nice I knew they also had the car that had everything that I wanted . As we were walking around the lot looking at several of the cars a friendly, smiling Luke E. headed toward us across the parking lot. It was immediately apparent that Luke genuinely loves his job and his enthusiasm is contagious. I can honestly say that Luke has one of the most positive attitudes that I have ever encountered in a salesman. He was willing to take the time to talk with us, to find out exactly what we were looking for, and then he worked with us to make it happen. He really went the extra mile for us. He really made a great impression on me and it was refreshing to have someone of that caliber for our salesman. The Malibu that I purchased is perfect!!!!
