    My experience buying my 2011 Tahoe was a good one but was a little disappointed when I had left some things in a bag which I forgot and they were never found or returned buy dealer or wholesaler who got my truck.

    I was very impressed with all those that I interacted with. The employees were all friendly and were very helpful. When I came back to pick up my car a man greeted me, walked me to the cashier and then brought my car to the curb :) I had timely phone calls regarding the status of my repair and Charlie was friendly and helpful. I will return to this dealership!

    I chose Koons of White Marsh from shopping around online and finding the best deal for what I was looking for. While the initial honeymoon phase of the deal was average it seems like as soon as I signed on the dotted line and gave my down payment I was just another customer. Prior to purchase I had asked if the truck would come with a full tank of gas with the purchase since I drove from Alexandria, VA to White Marsh, MD to purchase the truck as was told yes. Upon getting ready to leave the dealership I noticed he had about half a tank and asked the salesman if they where going to fill it up and he stated they put gas in ok. I then was handed one set of keys to the 2014 Silverado and asked if there was a second set and was told no. I requested a 2nd key and he was very annoyed and walked back in to return and tell me that there was only one key and I could get another key at some other time and that they couldn't make me a key at the dealership. I was quite annoyed that I had just purchased a truck from Koons and as a first time customer felt that the deal was complete and they just wanted me gone. Prior to me pulling out he walked back over to me and stated he would fill the truck up and and to pull around back. The attendant at the pump placed a few more gallons in the truck and it was still less than 3/4 full. I thanked them and left while it's only a few gallons of gas I was annoyed with the fact that receiving a 2nd key to a 2014 truck was not an option and the fact that placing more gas in the truck was to just get me out of there. On Friday a friend of mine was going to buy a 2015 Silverado and stated that he was thinking of also driving to Koons. I told him that in my opinion out of all the cars I have bought in my life the customer service at Koons was the worst. He took my advise and purchased a truck from another dealer.

    I was in because my tire was loosing pressure. My tire was not repairable, so it was replaced, and covered under my warrenty. The service department is always professional and prompt. Even after a long day at work, my experience was pleasant. That awesome, clean, and inviting waiting room is always a plus!

    The experience was so easy. I drove up without an appointment. I pulled into the bay, some minor paperwork then I was off. I received a text, email, and phone call to tell me it was ready to pick up. I stopped by the cashier and they drove it around. I was impressed.

    Since I've been a customer, my service writer has been either Charlie B or Brian H. Both are excellent; personable, knowledge and a pleasure to work with. Didn't need the shuttle this time; however, it is an awesome amenity! Glad to know it's there when I need it.

    Between my sale guy Gene and the service manager Brian I was treated very well. I had to have warranty work done and everything I was told ended up coming true. Great experience!!!

    I brought my Tahoe in for an oil change and was not pressured in to any other services. The service was completed quick and correct very pleased

    There were parts ordered because of a recall. They came in much quicker then expected. The young lady who helped me was prompt, professional and very courteous in setting up the appointment. Eric took care of everything requested and the gentleman who drove me to/from home was very nice. The only thing I would say, and I say this about all dealerships is - pricing/labor is high for small repairs you can do yourself.

    I came in unannounced due to some lights coming on. They were very busy but took my car in and was complete within a few hours. Very impressed!

    Dennis was extremely cordial and helpful in getting my car set up to have it repaired and answered all my questions and made sure that I was happy with the repair. I would be happy to recommend your body shop to anyone needing their car repaired.

    The service was great, Helped us effectively to pick out the right car for us, for the best price. The salesman and the manager were both very nice , and showed a pleasant attitude. This made the whole buying a car experience really great.

    Our salesman, Joe Stinchcomb, was incredible. He walked me through every step of the buying process, answered every question, gave me all the options available to me, answered every question I had and even answered questions I should have asked. The guy is a gem, a keeper. Thank you Joe for getting me even more of a car I expected, at a price I am comfortable paying.

    Dave L really took care of me. He wasn't too pushy, but was incredibly knowledgeable. He offered just the right amount of information, had a great route planned out for my test drive, and even helped me set up insurance, Onstar, and Bluetooth. You've got a great asset in Mr. L. He knows how to sell cars.

    All the staff was extremely accommodating. I have never had a more pleasant sales experience. I dealt with Graham over the phone and email to begin and he was extremely easy to work with. The sales managers and finance people I dealt with seemed knowledgeable and only wanted to help.
