    Had to have a tire replaced due to a nail in the sidewall. Covered by hazard insurance Koon's Chevrolet replaced the tire w/ minimum delay.

    Ever since I've had my 2011 Equinox and have had it serviced at Koons I have to say that I have NOT had a bad experience yet. Compared to other service departments at some other dealerships I've been to Koons stands out above the rest, by far!!!

    I was taken right away and greeted with a friendly face. I spoke with the service person who had my info on his computer and was very thorough. I was given a ride home and the driver was very friendly. All in all a very pleasant experience. I would highly recommend your dealership, by the way I have already recommended your dealership.

    Wow.... I've bought cars at a few local dealerships, but the experience that I had at Koons redefined what I thought a car dealership was. Everyone was courteous and professional. And we were able to find exactly what we were looking for. Koons is now our dealership. I only regret owing too much on my other vehicle, otherwise, I'd trade that in immediately.

    Everyone was great from the minute we walked in the service door to the time we picked our completed vehicle up. I would like to thank Brian H for jumping in and helping since my service rep was off that day. Brian took charge of my vehicle when the tow truck driver dropped it off and stayed in touch with us during the whole repair. Hats off to and thanks to everyone in the repair of our Equinox. Job well done Koons Chevrolet of Whitemarsh.....

    I will NEVER EVER be buying or EVER recommend anyone to buy from this dealership! I bought a 2005 Chevy Silverado that looked to be in mint condition but turned out to be horrible. I drove it home from the dealership the day i bought it and first the ABS light came on and my anti lock brakes began locking up. Then 6 days after i bought it i pulled it into the driveway and it was spewing antifreeze all over the place and i had to get it towed which coated me money and it turned out to be a water pump which the dealership only wanted to cover half the payment which was 500 dollars.Then a week after that one of my front ball joints completely sheered off and my whole left wheel was up into the fender and caused lots of damage, again had to be towed and this time all the way back to there dealership where after talking with them they fixed and paid for it. Now a month after i have had the truck its back in the shop and needs over 1,000 dollars worth of work including 2 inner tie rods a steering shaft and a component for the ABS system, which they told me they basically want no part in and will not help me with the costs. When i had bought the truck they claimed that it was Maryland inspected which means it should be safe to drive, however my mechanic who is a Maryland state inspector says that by the looks of this truck it should have NEVER passed Maryland inspection! STAY FAR AWAY from this dealership they're out to take your money. I am still paying my truck payments and multiple mechanic bills for this stupid truck i should have never bought. PLEASE take my experience and go somewhere else!

    Our salesman, Rich D, was great. We did not at all feel pressured in any way. Rich knows his job well. I would definitely recommend Rich to any of my friends or family looking to purchase a new vehicle.

    My experience at Koons White Marsh Chevrolet was Incredible. My sales person Armando G was extremely knowledgeable on the vehicle I was looking at, and he did everything in his power to work with his Sales Team to get me into the car I really wanted. The Service and Sales Team worked together in harmony to insure that my experience was like none other. I will be back for service, and will most definitely shop with Koons White Marsh Chevrolet again!! Very Pleased and Impressed with the Quality of Customer Service!

    I was in the process of buying my first car with the help of my father, and was shopping around to see who I could get the best deal from. I test drove the car and then sat down and within the hour, I had decided to buy from Koons. It's a long process, but our sales assistant Hani was very helpful and kind throughout the process. I am very pleased with the car and with the process.

    Told the salesman exactly what I wanted, how much I had to spend. I got what I wanted, no pressure. I was treated with respect. Being a woman truck buyer this is important to me .I felt comfortable with the deal I got when I left the dealership with my new truck. I was shown all the areas of the dealership that would offer me service and met the people working there for future visits.My salesman was friendly but professional.

    The people at Koons Chevrolet are very friendly and courteous. They are very knowledgeable and they try their very best to provide you with fast service to get you in and out. They have a nice waiting area and they provide free coffee and pastries too.

    My experience went well except for the oil stain I received on my Mojave interior driver side door. Although it was an accident and the service department was apologetic and attempted to clean the stain, I believe I should of received some type of discount on future service to compensate for the mistake.

    The service department found the leak during my scheduled oil change and Bridget informed me that it was a covered repair. I couldn't ask for a more thorough service department!
