    Chevy Trailblazrr RS HIGHlY RECOMMEND this vehicle. Prompted an inquiry on-line. That same evening I got information sent directly to my phone; including a video and all fact sheets. Made an appointment to drive the car; it was waiting on arrival. No pressure at all to buy. Easy negotiation with manager over price. They were very polite and kind. Quick as easy with financial office. I did not feel taken advantage of in any way. Best car buying experience ever.

    Oil change, tire rotation and a recall all done 30 minutes quicker than promised. This is my 3rd visit to the service department and each time has been similar. Work done well and timely, courteous arrival and departure experience. Charlie Burkhardt is great to work with.

    Horrible horrible experience!!! Don't ever and I mean ever buy a car from these [non-permissible content removed]. My loan is almost $29500 for a $19k advertised car. Plus they held 7% on the interest rate which raised my payment to what it is almost $600 per month when the initial payment was in the 300s. I get a letter today saying they're going to take me to court if the $2500 isn't paid by the 28th (I had some medical issues and they agreed to work with me but didn't). The accounting mgr is nothing but rude and disrespectful. I told her like I told my sales guy about my medical issues and why I couldn't have the down payment right away and me being out of work. These money hungry people don't care. It's all about the bottom dollar and screwing their hard working customers for every last penny. My sales guy never responded to my last message or the issue would have been taken care of by now. Until I did more research and found out just how much they screwed me. And I never got the Chevy survey. They probably put in some other email so I wouldn't get it because they know the horrible review they'd get from me. So I got charged $29k for a $19k advertised car. Plus my interest rate doubled thanks to these people. And I was in a bad situation even I got the car because my Jeep had just gotten totaled. So they saw me as easy bait and took advantage of me and my ELDERLY 70 year old mother. Plus now I'm being taken to court for the down payment when they know that I've been critically ill the last month and their accountant told me we don't care if you've been sick we just want our money. Taking advantage of people. Especially the vulnerable. I'm going to make sure I post about this to every car dealership website and Facebook and google and make sure Koons doesn't rip off and take advantage of more customers like you did to me and my elderly mom. Stay far far away. PM me if you have any questions and especially before you buy a car from these [non-permissible content removed]. Don't regret it like I did. Don't let their sales tactics of the WOW price fool you because it's not real. Oh and their service department! Forget it! They charged me almost $150 for an inspection on a brand new car that I was told would be fully covered for me. All lies and bologna just to get you to buy a car and screw you and your family over. By the way my salespersons name was John. Seriously, stay away!!!!

    My family and I came into into Koons and expected to get the run around but a salesman introduced himself as Arif and ask me what I was looking for and price range. Arif was very nice answered any questions and made you feel like family he went above and beyond for us ! I would definitely go back. If you looking for a car go to Koons White Marsh and ask for Arif he is the best up there!!!!!!

    I had such a great experience at Koons White Marsh. The Sales Consultant Preston Traub, and the General Sales Manager Tim Burg were very professional and provided wonderful customer service. I drove from West Virginia and they did make sure that I would drive home with a new Equinox 2017, which I did. I was very pleased with how they were willing to work with me to get me the deal that I wanted. I truly recommend this dealership to everyone

    Our sales person today was Preston, who was really easy to work with and made my brothers truck buying experience a positive one. If your in the market for a new Chevy, you need to go to Koons White Marsh and ask for Preston, as he's not your typical pushy salesman and again is really easy and enjoyable to work with!

    Went to Koons to buy my son a new Chevy Cruze. I had my own Financing already, but they were able to get me a lower interest rate with another bank. My salesperson, Arif, was very helpful and knowledgeable. Great experience.

    My experience buying a new vehicle at Koons was a pleasant one. Graham was very knowledgeable and made getting into the car I wanted a hassle free experience. I've recommend Koons to friends and family that were in need of a vehicle and would happily return again myself.

    I always get nervous about buying from a dealership. I've mostly bought and sold on Craigslist, and had a good experience, but dread sitting in a dealership with a shady salesman trying to squeeze out every penny for crap I don't need. At Koons White Marsh, that wasn't the case. Graham Engleman, who I would recommend to my grandmother (may she rest in peace), was informative, helpful, and kept things pithy and light. At the end of the transaction, I had a great offer on my trade-in, a really fair interest rate, the payment I wanted, and the car I'd been looking for. Graham's honesty, willingness to be candid, and explanation when I needed it ensured that I didn't buy anything I didn't need -- when my dad came in to buy a car a couple weeks later, my father said all the same things. Will absolutely refer friends, family, and co-workers to this dealership and salesman. Thanks Graham!

    From start to finish, my car buying experience was amazing. And to top it off, I was given an angel as my salesperson. He was patient, funny, and kind.     I am very disappointed in the handling of my tire replacement. This is the first time I have leased a vehicle, and my assumption was, from the information I was given, that any repair/maintenance of 'your' vehicle was covered by the lease. My 2016 Malibu has only 1800 miles on it, and a few days ago,I noticed that one of the front tires had a bubble on the side of it. I promptly took it to Koons, expecting a repair or replacement of this basically brand new tire, to be covered at no cost to me. Much to my shock and disappointment, I was told that the tire was my responsibility and this brand new tire would need to be replaced to the tune of $371.39.....ONE TIRE! I think I was in shock, as when I thought about it later, realized that since I now had to pay for this, I could have found a much cheaper price elsewhere, and now had to go through Koons Service Dept. I'm sure that this tire has a manufacturer's warranty, due to the low miles on it, and that Koons will probably benefit from this. To me, it's obviously a manufacturer's defect, as there's no way a tire with 1800 gently driven miles on it, would perform this poorly. I would like a refund of the money I had to unexpectedly and disappointedly spend.

    Recently bought a 2010 Enclave from Koons Chevy in White Marsh. I must say it was the easiest thing I have done in a long time. The sales rep and finance manager were great. Would definitely recommend this dealership. I drove from DC to see these guys. Awesome.

    I brought my 2011 Malibu in on 2/20 for a 'check engine light' situation. The service writer, Mr. Eric Tewey, explained that they wouldn't be able to correct the problem until the next day, due to the lateness of the hour. He said he would call me the next day, no later than noon with an update and then arranged for the shuttle driver to take me home. A little after 10AM he called with the news that my car would be ready that afternoon. Around 12:15PM he called again to tell me my car was ready and, if it were OK with me, he'd send the shuttle driver right over. It had been snowing for several hours that day. As I was leaving the service area, Mr. Tewey accompanied me with a snow removal tool and cleaned all the snow off my vehicle. I didn't ask him to do this, nor did I expect it. When I thanked him he said he likes to take care of his customers. Eric, thank you, again, for your concern and respect. And Koon's, thank you for having such a great employee.

    This was my first (new) car that I've bought and I was so excited ! Graham was my sales man and he was very helpful and assisted me in every way possible ! I'm from harford county (and their are plenty of dealerships around my location ) , yet I was unable to find a sedan chevy sonic modle with all of the specs that I would like ! I then came across koons and I was so excited due to the fact that they had everything that I wanted in a car plus more ! Of course we bought the car !!!! The process of signing only took about 25 mins ,yet the overall process to about an hour ! My mother and I were so pleased with how fast and friendly everyone was ! The

    I was in a car accident which totaled my car. I went to Koons and was able to purchase a 2015 Chevy Cruze for a lower down payment and interest rate thanks to a new car buyers program they enrolled me in. My sales guy was the best.
