Dealership Service Review
I brought my 2011 Malibu in on 2/20 for a 'check engine light' situation. The service writer, Mr. Eric Tewey, explained that they wouldn't be able to correct the problem until the next day, due to the lateness of the hour. He said he would call me the next day, no later than noon with an update and then arranged for the shuttle driver to take me home. A little after 10AM he called with the news that my car would be ready that afternoon. Around 12:15PM he called again to tell me my car was ready and, if it were OK with me, he'd send the shuttle driver right over. It had been snowing for several hours that day. As I was leaving the service area, Mr. Tewey accompanied me with a snow removal tool and cleaned all the snow off my vehicle. I didn't ask him to do this, nor did I expect it. When I thanked him he said he likes to take care of his customers. Eric, thank you, again, for your concern and respect. And Koon's, thank you for having such a great employee.
