Y’all saved my ride again!

My only dissatisfaction is that my VIP service agreement covers a free car wash with every visit and that wasn’t… done before calling me to tell me my vehicle was ready. My vehicle was at the dealership for several days so there really was ample time to complete the car washing too before calling to say it was ready. The car wash was offered when I picked up my vehicle but unfortunately I didn’t have the additional time that would have required. Just a little frustrated about that topic.Jill, thank you for sharing your feedback with us. He knew the product well and was friendly and personable through the process. He was also very patient with me and my many questions.… Other employees involved were also very knowledgeable and easy to work with. Lloyd Kerr the Encore Delivery Specialist was very helpful as he showed me the window panel and what all the bells and buttons are for and how to use, set on my car. Excellent help. My new car buying experience was a pleasant experience. My trade in was 101/2 years old so I had a lot of catching up to new tech stuff. New safety features will be a big help to me. I was very pleased with the total experience and recommend this dealership highly.Thank you for sharing your wonderful experience with us at Ourisman Subaru Waldorf!
