Y’all saved my ride again!

onThe service department staff is always so friendly, knowledgeable and communicative about the status of work being performed. My only dissatisfaction is that my VIP service agreement covers a free car wash with every visit and that wasn’t done before calling me to tell me my vehicle was ready. My vehicle was at the dealership for several days so there really was ample time to complete the car washing too before calling to say it was ready. The car wash was offered when I picked up my vehicle but unfortunately I didn’t have the additional time that would have required. Just a little frustrated about that topic.
