    The person answering the phone and at the desk was not the friendliest. We ended up having to change our time and he seemed annoyed. We ask got there about 15 min late due to traffic and again he seemed annoyed. We ended up having to wait an additional 2.5 hours because we were late. They didn’t clean our car inside our outside. Not the best experience.

    I recently took my Mini in for service and was very satisfied with the repairs completed. Alan Rolocut kept me informed about what needed to be done and made recommendations for immediate and more medium term repairs, which I appreciated.

    As usual my experience was great. The staff is so friendly, so professional. The showroom and bathrooms are so clean. I have recommended Mini to a friend who borrowed my car and loved it.

  • Selling Fear and Hyperbole.

    Brought in my 10 year old MINI for an oil change and maintenance. Four hours later was contacted with a litany of suggested repairs that rivaled the value of the car itself. Service rep leaned heavily on techniques of fear and hyperbole by telling me he was "frankly surprised the car is still running." I've had no trouble, or warning lights, since I asked them to put the car back together without any of their recommendations. I would NOT recommend MINI of Towson Service Center.

    I gave 4 stars due to the time it took for the part to arrive; understandably, we're still suffering from the affects of the Pandemic where industry is just getting back to normal. Perhaps I could have been notified of car repair status more often.
