Selling Fear and Hyperbole.

onBrought in my 10 year old MINI for an oil change and maintenance. Four hours later was contacted with a litany of suggested repairs that rivaled the value of the car itself. Service rep leaned heavily on techniques of fear and hyperbole by telling me he was "frankly surprised the car is still running." I've had no trouble, or warning lights, since I asked them to put the car back together without any of their recommendations. I would NOT recommend MINI of Towson Service Center.
