From the moment I connected with him - I was impressed with his knowledge, interest and passion for cars and specifically electric BMWs. From his patience while we sorted through our "decision matrix" to helping my husband get comfortable with an electric vehicle - Jesse was patient, educational, and kind, for that I couldn't be more grateful.     BMW Towson made the experience easy. I love that they sent me reminders and provided options as my end of lease neared. This location always makes you feel special and important. I chose to buy my leased vehicle since I had low mileage and I still love my x4 so much. My original salesperson just moved into the finance area and so glad we got to work with him again.   • Quickest Oil Change Ever

    I scheduled an appt online and arrived about 30 minutes early. There was one advisor available to assist me as I did not schedule with a particular advisor. He got off at 3:30pm. Instead of passing me off to someone else, he was gracious enough to take me. We shared a couple of jokes and laughs and I was out in under 40 minutes.

    The dealership found the problem which had an extended warranty by bmw and solved the issue. The only problem is no loaner was available in an urgent situation that called for me to immediately take my car in

    I had a great experience purchasing a used vehicle here this week. I found a car searching online that met my budget and has features I wanted. I pushed a button about a test drive, and the team reached out right away to help me. I had an appointment with Donelle Battle and he hooked me up every step of the way. He was flexible with the time I arrived and had the car ready and waiting for me to check out as soon as I got there. He took me on a test drive, answered all my questions, and was so helpful though the purchase process. Everyone I interacted with there was so kind and friendly. If you are looking, you know is a long and hard road searching for used cars right now. I'm so happy I found a car at this location.

    The service technician failed to put the oil fill cap back on. Driving down I 85 in NC the oil fill level warning came on. Luckily I found it on top of the radiator. I went to an Advance Auto Parts and they had synthetic oil. The manual doesn’t tell you anything about synthetic. So, I called BMW of Towson and started on my journey of being bounced around. No one could tell me the oil spec or even care. After talking to 2 young ladies, finally a young lady by the name of Katlin helped me and went the extra mile for me! I got the spec 0-20 and on my way. She told me about the reset and measurement. On the first two attempts no one called me back.

  • Disappointed with many aspects of service department

    First BMW servicing at this dealership. No mats put on floors. Car came back smelling like tires and oil with windows down. Not the way it was dropped off. Asked if the car could be washed and was told unit was not working which is what they have told me the past 3 times I stopped in for complimentary car wash. Service rep couldn’t answer any questions. Hmmm… Not nearly the standard I am used to from other BMW dealerships; rather surprised.

    I was really impressed w the level of attention to the recent service I received on my 430i - they kept car until they figured out what was wrong. And Towson BMW gave me the courtesy of a loaner for the 10 days while they fixed the car. Very impressed.

    This review is shared between sales and service, as it was a coordinated effort. Both the sales manager and service manager were very professional and listened to my concerns. They both understood my concerns, and while they could’ve easily taken another route, they chose to listen and provide a quick resolution. A big shout-out to Jim S., John M., and Greg M.! It’s nice to know a business that prioritizes values and professionalism, as it’s far and few between these days. Towson BMW will get future business from me/my family due to how upstanding they are as a team.

    From the moment I was assigned a service advisor (Greg) to assist me until the work was completed and I picked up my car, I felt confident that my car was in great hands.     I brought my car in for scheduled service. The service was performed in a timely manner. The service advisor was courteous. I was sent a video text message from the technician going over the service, and found this very helpful and informative. The only negative would be that a complimentary car wash used to be part of this service. I do not know why this was discontinued, but that's disappointing. It was a lovely day, so that can't be the reason. I can only speculate that they cannot find people to do the job. In summary, very satisfied with the service experience.

    It was horrific. Ever since Auto Nation purchased Towson BMW, they have been a huge disappointment. They try to upcharge you every time you bring the car in for service. And, on Friday, October 27th, they totally dropped the ball and did not get around to even checking my car for almost 3 hours - even though I made an appointment several days in advance and even though I was the only car in the service area at 7:25 am. I'll NEVER have any of my family's cars serviced there again.

    I bought a vehicle from BMW of Towson back in June. I purchased a tire and wheel warranty at the time of my purchase. I was told that I could cancel the warranty and receive a refund within 6 months of canceling if I chose to do so. I canceled the warranty a few weeks after the purchase. The BMW warranty office confirmed that the warranty was canceled and sent to BMW of Towson back in July so they could give me the $3,100 refund. It’s been over 90 days and no refund. The worst thing is that I can’t get any correspondence from them about the status or exactly what the issue is. They are not returning emails or phone calls.
