Best Salesman Ever!
by AmyR on 10/17/2017Nationwide Infiniti gave me the best sales experience ever! Chris Collins worked through all the options to get me the best fit for me & my family! This is the 2nd vehicle that we have purchased from him within the last 3 years and we… will continue to buy "Nationwide for Life!" Amy RBest Car Buying Experience ever
by Dustin on 10/10/2017I have been buying cards at the Nationwide dealership since 2007 and because of the team that works their I will never go to another dealership. I know we all have choices where we can shop however from Cindy Rodgers in Sales, Sam Maiocco… as the Sales Manager to Mack Jaber in the finance office they all ensure your car buying experience is simple and flawlessly executed from end to end. They work to well together with ensuring you receive the best deal and most importantly you as the consumer are very happy. I can't say enough about their professionalism, and overall just how much they care. I would recommend anyone looking to purchase a new car or have any questions about what your current or future care buying needs are to go visit them! Definitely BEST IN CLASS!!I would not recommend anyone to this location for buying an Infiniti.
by Michael on 08/29/2017This dealership handles business with their customers very unprofessionally. I had the absolute worse customer service with management when it came to selling me an Infiniti. I was lied to originally when told they could put me in a… vehicle. The only reason why I was sold a vehicle is because someone traded in their car. That trade in car was offered to me. I wasn't quoted the right price of the car. I was told the car was inspected and detailed and was asked to come in to pick it up and it was not ready. I was told a different price of the car than originally offered when I arrived to pick it up. I missed a total of 4 hours of work and was only supposed to be in the dealership for 30 minutes. To make matters worse, I was told to come back another day to have the car detailed after waiting for 4 hours. Infiniti makes great cars. I wish the cars matched the customer service I should have experienced. If my vehicle I traded into Infiniti was functioning, I would have went to another dealership to buy a car. I will never go back to this location.2014 QX80 Purchase - Excellent !!!
by DEZEDEZ on 08/02/2015updated 10/21/2015My wife and I had been looking for several weeks for a QX56 with very specific features. We were able to locate a QX80 via Nationwide's website that met all those features except one (Wood steering wheel). This feature was the only… optional feature that we could add on later. Mr. Paul H took my call when inquiring about the vehicle and he did a Excellent job explaining the features of the vehicle and as a salesman in general, he did a great job. We were able to trade our 2004 QX56 for a comparable dollar amount. The trade amount provided by Nationwide came in at exactly what the CarMax Buying Center was willing to purchase the vehicle. We felt welcomed by all members of your sales, service and finance staff. Mr. H also provided us lunch (pizza) while we waited that was provided by another happy customer. This was an exceptional sales experience !!!The BEST car buying experience!!!
by bmwchic1 on 11/15/2014I saw some used cars here on edmunds that were at nationwide. I called and got Stephen Anzalone on the phone. I told him what I was looking for and he recommended a few cars. He was professional and knew his stuff. We set a time for me to… come by. The meeting was great. Stephen sold me the exact car I was looking for! I have a gorgeous BMW coupe. He gave me a great deal and made me feel like a priority and a VIP! I love nationwide, Stephen Anzalone and my new Bimmer!!I was pleasantly surprised.
by exgirl on 04/03/2009I had not bought a car in over a decade, and was dreading the process. I contacted Nationwide online regarding the vehicle I was interested in. I was very impressed with their prompt and courteous responses with a no pressure attitude.… After a bad experience at another dealer I was working with in the area (who is much closer to my home), I decided to try my luck at Nationwide and was very comfortable doing business with them. They are good natured, and have a no pressure attitude that I appreciated in making this big decision. I will recommend them to anyone who wants a good car buying experience.Bought my G37x here
by psufan on 03/10/2009Went through Nationwide's Internet dept. to purchase my new G37x. The response was prompt and the price very fair out of the box. Their salesman, Doug Winebrener, was efficient throughout the process, responding to numerous phone calls that… I made with regards to options, pricing, and purchasing a vehicle from out-of-state. I was unsure about the options/color package that I wanted and they were patient and more than willing to work to find exactly the combination that suited me best. They found a car that I thought I would want, brought it in, and let me know the minute it hit the lot. I ended up purchasing it. I also traded in my old vehicle. After an initial offer, I told them what I wanted for it - and they came through. Frankly, this was the easiest, most stress free auto purchase of my life - most of it done from the comfort of my own home. These Guys are AWESOME!
by ilovemycar2 on 05/07/2008If you are looking for and Infiniti Dealership Nationwide is hands Down the BEST. With an extremley knowlegable Sales staff and a great Service Dept.I Love my G35x and Kevin the Surfer Dude was the best salesman i ever dealt with not… pushy knows all the cars inside out - the guys there made my experience the easiest hasslefree and Fun - I bring my car there once a week for a free car wash . Nationwide is the very Best, I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy an INFINITI.Still bitter
by bobi on 02/09/2008If you want a dealership to pull a car out from back, strip the plastic off, wash it, slap a tag on it, and promise you that they'll take care of any issues and make you happy then you've found the place. If you have issues and want them… resolved you're definitely not going to be happy. You're not dealing with Honda or Toyota anymore. If you absolutely feel that you must have a car from them I would suggest that you insist on the following: 1. Perform an extended road test ...not just highway, take it out on some 2 lane asphalt and listen for road and wind noise 2. Get a copy of the delivery inspection and service performed 3. Do not take the vehicle or sign anything until every problem and issue has been resolved to your satisfaction. With them it's a one shot deal..don't blow it now. 4. Whatever you do...do not let them put a tag on the car until everything is final 5. If you get a price over the internet from them, take it with you...They probably won't be able to find it because it's in another building or that person doesn't work the weekend 6. Compare it to the Lexus and Acura. As a suggestion...take someone along who has dealt with themSales Review
by infinityowner on 01/01/2008I have dealt with Nationwide on 3 occasions, all bad. I find the consistently the sales people knonly the basics about their product and nothing about their competition. It doesn't stop them from making up ficticious statements to try to… sell a car. I find themnot very friendly and not willing to work with them. I went to Sheehy and JBL both are better then Nationwide I drove 40 miles out of my way to do business with Sheehy. It was well worth it.poor shopping experience
by cah11705 on 07/29/2007I went to Nationwide Infiniti to purchase a G35x with a trade and i had poor experience trying 2 deal with them. They were not particularly pleasant to work with and would not give a reasonable price. Their inventory was fair and… showroom was a bit cramped.THUMBS UP
by Mike1121 on 09/26/2013updated 06/25/2025Just like many people we dreaded looking for a new vehicle for obviously reasons. We also reviewed at least ten different vehicles because we were not sure what we wanted. We had many different experience in this process with each… dealership we went to. All companies will have problems with their customers, mistakes or misunderstandings occur. We believe that the companies that we want to work with excel when there are problems. Nationwide Infiniti when we presented our problem to them they acknowledged the issue and took responsibility for it. Most organization will not do that. Then the management team worked on a solution that was acceptable to us. They were fair and giving in this solution. If the vehicle we purchased performs like Nationwide Infiniti we will be back again to purchase another vehicle.
We want to take a moment to thank you personally for the opportunity to work with you on your next vehicle purchase.

If "Kevin the Surfer Dude" is so desperate that he needs to masquerade as a customer to post his own accolades, he should at least be subtle enough to make it sound believable! "hands Down the BEST," "best salesman i ever dealt with" - Does anyone really believe this a customer talking? I've had the unpleasurable misfortune of dealing with Nationwide, and I doubt that any of their customers would employ such superlatives to describe them. "Free oil changes, tire rotations, car washes for life" - Be careful! There may be strings attached. You may have to commit to a service plan whereby you agree to perform ALL recommended maintenance at Nationwide, at regular inflated dealer cost, in order to qualify for free oil changes and tire rotations.
