Nationwide INFINITI of Timonium

Just like many people we dreaded looking for a new vehicle for obviously reasons. We also reviewed at least ten different vehicles because we were not sure what we wanted. We had many different experience in this process with each dealership we went to. All companies will have problems with their customers, mistakes or misunderstandings occur. We believe that the companies that we want to work with excel when there are problems. Nationwide Infiniti when we presented our problem to them they acknowledged the issue and took responsibility for it. Most organization will not do that. Then the management team worked on a solution that was acceptable to us. They were fair and giving in this solution. If the vehicle we purchased performs like Nationwide Infiniti we will be back again to purchase another vehicle.
