New Truck Purchase

I found a larger vehicle that I liked and asked them about it on my visit. The appraisal for my vehicle… came back positive and initially the payments on the new truck were too high for my liking. However they worked to find a lender with a much lower interest rate. Oil change
by Jennifer Con on 04/17/2023Appointment was at 10am. Was there for an 1:45 minutes. When I enquired why it took so long was advised they had only 1 mechanic and 15 vehicles. My suggestion is to let the customer know this before hand so they have the option of… rescheduling. False Commitment of Dale's at AutoNation

It was includes later retrofit, and it's still not done yet. Shocked! after my first service is done, the… engine light gets ON !!! Service on 2020 Cadillac CT5 AWD 550T

Because of them there is no longer a Cadillac dealership in all of Baltimore… County and City. The closest to me is at least 45 minutes away if the traffic is light. This is totally unacceptable.
