I had my eye on the X6 M and my process was pretty straight forward and smooth from start to finish. Ron was a… straight shooter and I appreciated that... I didn’t want a salesman, I know BMWs, I’ve owned two, so he didn’t need to sell me the car. What he did was he made sure I was able to test drive it and really feel it bcuz I’ve never owned an M. I appreciated that more than anything... He introduced me to Sheriff, who literally walked me thru every aspect of that vehicle when it came to the specs of an M. Ron then took care of any loose ends I needed regarding my trade in, and he put me in the right hands via finance, with Iso Ebong to close the deal. I never felt pressured, everyone was professional and I’d definitely recommend Ron to anyone!June 2020 Purchase

Gen Awanohara at sales contacted me and sent information packages such as photos, BMW certified used car… inspection in advance before my test drive. Gen was very helpful, courteous, prepared and responsive. He explained well about a car and tried to help me find a good car for me and financial deal. I had many questions and also various concerns since I was an out of state… buyer for Florida and we never actually met; Kan made the entire process simple and easy. Kan is extremely patient and extremely easy to work with. He always followed up, he truley cared about the entire process and made the car buying process fully enjoyable. The purchase started with ordering the vechile thru BMW via Kan and then delivery was to take place in March however we all faced Covid 19...again...Kan made the process easy.Thank you for your feedback. High end experience with a great price

Ron Askew was professional, courteous and went further than any other sales person we had interacted with to get my family's business. He was… low pressure and went out of his way to make us happy. I will definitely look him up for our next family vehicle. This dealership makes you feel like a cared for customer. Even the little things like the complimentary iced coffees, giving us a final vehicle detail job and a gas top off made us feel special. Jaimie the manager also went out of his way to explain some of the trickier features on the van. Please check them out. Ask for Ron. I could tell he was smiling even behind his Covid-19 mask. I worked with Ron Askew in Sales. He was professional, knowledgeable and customer… oriented. He answered my questions, made a fair offer and we closed the deal. by C Pagan on 05/13/2020I grew up with a love for cars, and that was partly inspired by the E36 generation of M3 coupes. As I got older, I started to figure out exactly what I wanted out of my dream BMW build. When I saw that that build, albeit on a 4 series, was… available at SS, I had to see it in person. Ron Askew scheduled me to come in just so I could sit in in, and maybe ride around a little bit. He could tell just how awestruck I was when I sat in the driver seat. To be fair, he probably knew it was a wrap before I did, but that is his job. I ended up spending all afternoon at the shop, and a lot of that time was spent just having a chat with Ron. He was incredibly personal, understanding, and knowledgeable. He personally made sure that I was set. When it was time to put pen to paper, he and the Business Manager, Iso Ebong, did everything they could to get me the best deal possible. It was really dope. In the middle of trying to make things happen, they remained personable, and it was an incredible experience. I know they were just doing their jobs, but if this is what I can expect from BMW across the board, I don't think I'll have another brand of car.
