BMW of Silver Spring

I had the pleasure of discussing this purchase with Kan Zhou of BMW of Sliver Spring, MD. My first connection with Kan was thru the Costco Auto Purchase Service. I had many questions and also various concerns since I was an out of state buyer for Florida and we never actually met; Kan made the entire process simple and easy. Kan is extremely patient and extremely easy to work with. He always followed up, he truley cared about the entire process and made the car buying process fully enjoyable. The purchase started with ordering the vechile thru BMW via Kan and then delivery was to take place in March however we all faced Covid 19...again...Kan made the process easy.
