Poor Service
by danajd on 08/12/2011updated 05/13/2025When I went to the dealership on Aug 6, no one greeted me. I looked around for several minutes and still no one took time to help me. The receptionist sat at her desk doing her homework and did not look up. When I said something to her… about not receiving services and could I please have a brochure, she proceeded to point to where the brochures were. She then, paged a sales assistant. I would never buy there or bring my vehicle there when I purchase it at another dealership.Unexpected Service!!

I just took delivery of my 2014 Q5 TDI and want to say that the salesperson, Jacob J. was terriffic. He was very responsive and always made himself… available to meet the demands of my schedule. He was knowledgeable about the product and spent adequate time to get me familiar with each model in which I was interested. I would recommend him to anyone interested in Audis. The overall dealership experience was friendly and low pressure.
