When I went to the dealership on Aug 6, no one greeted me. I looked around for several minutes and still no one took time to help me. The receptionist sat at her desk doing her homework and did not look up. When I said something to her about not receiving services and could I please have a brochure, she proceeded to point to where the brochures were. She then, paged a sales assistant. I would never buy there or bring my vehicle there when I purchase it at another dealership.

I regret the experience that you recently had at our store.
I believe it is worth noting that we react and respond quickly to customer concerns.
With over 100 employees at our store, your experience was disappointing to our entire team.
Our co-workers are very engaged in client care- as am I.
I can personally assure you that we have put measures in place with our team to ensure great customer care at reception as well as all our customer areas.
Your note was shared first thing this morning with all personnel that are customer facing.
I would welcome an opportunity to call or work with you personally.
It is my hope that prior client experiences with us can speak to the fact that we are a very client driven business and eager to serve.
