It's a rare experience when just about everything in a sale process goes as you would hope. I just took delivery of my 2014 Q5 TDI and want to say that the salesperson, Jacob J. was terriffic. He was very responsive and always made himself available to meet the demands of my schedule. He was knowledgeable about the product and spent adequate time to get me familiar with each model in which I was interested. I would recommend him to anyone interested in Audis.
